As a system super admin, you do not charge from parents except if the school has a pay-as-you-go plan. Otherwise, you will charge directly from the schools based on the defined plans.
Please note that, in the pay-as-you-go plan, you can define the charge per student, so if a parent has many students, he will pay based on their count.
