Once the packages arrive, the customer is notified, and the process of consolidating multiple packages begins for final delivery to the customer’s address. This module includes features like creating pre-alerts, managing packages, consolidating shipments, and generating reports.
On the other hand, Courier Packages is a module designed for local and international courier services. Here, a sender ships products to a recipient, and the process can be managed from a local service point.
