After installing the script any link clicks like tree, about, dashboard or anything is 404 error
Check that you uploaded the .htaccess file.. you will find this on documentation or email me for more instractions

to be more clear. if you type in the URL it will automatically go to the http instead of https. At this point I’ll have to re-install. Can you list what ammendments you made previously. Thank you
You need to force the https from your server using the htaccess file.. the code are already there uiu need only to uncomment it. Thanks

Hello! If possible, could you fix bug with the view of family trees on the mobile phone.The problem is that when you enlarge the tree, it disappears and it is impossible to enlarge it again, you have to refresh the page every time for the tree to appear again.

Do you planning to realise new updated version in this month ?
1. The set of your sample installation and the downloaded command on the codecanyon is different! Please give it a homogeneous.
2. Email cannot be sent for users to confirm when registering despite the correct installation.
3. Fix the PDF file is horizontal, size A3. Because vertical is not displayed correctly.
1. The installation is the same as in the documentation folder.
2. You need to add your smtp details to works. I just test it and it works.
Hi, I downloaded new code and replace old code. Then I put back connection.php, language files and uploads. But when I login I see I can’t edit previous family tree also I can’t even add new member to a family. OR I’M SUPPOSED TO UPGRADE THE DATABASE ALSO? If so please tell me how can I do it?
You need to upgrade the database.. yourdomain/update.php

I have managed to install this software bought here a while back.
Question: How do i login to admin page after login. I was only able to create a new user who can create a basic tree but i cannot get an admin page login page that looks like the one on demo page using username khalid and password khalid that one can use to manage trees, plans etc.
The admin you will find it when you login to the script, in the header the gear icon that lead you to admin

Content cannot be deleted, added, or edited in Family Trees, Pages, and Plans. The language changes but when switching back to English it doesn’t work.
Please fix these errors urgently, otherwise, will I get a refund? Because we cannot use it.

If you provide a buggy script, you cannot force us to buy support packages for the bug from you. We purchased the script from 2022 and cannot be used. Currently seeing that you are updating so I tried reinstalling, but there is still a basic error. Please edit it. Thanks you.

Ok. I did not receive update notifications sent to my email.
I tried reinstalling, and removed ob_start(“rewrite_urls”); in /configs/config.php. But currently, the content in Page and Plan cannot be deleted, added or edited. Is there any error here?
This might sound strange. My Grandfather had 4 wives (same time) and 14 children. We are trying to piece the family together. Is this possible with your script? Thank you
