Seems that we can’t set a different message if it is in stock or not (in our case backordered)?

There are option in plugin for set delivery message for each status i.e instock, outofstock, backorder. Please check plugin settings

Hi, A pre-sale question please: your plugins looks very nice, but I do not see where to configure shipping days per country !? Even in your demo, the time is the same for US and for (let’s imagine) Vietnam … which is wrong for sure. —> I have 10 countries of selling set in my Woo … is you plugin permitting to set a different shipping days for each country (with the same carrier/shipping method) ?

Thanks for your SUPER fast response. However, this is a pity as the list of selling countries is already defined in Woo. And for shops selling in more than one country, this estimation is completely wrong ... it defeats completely the interest of this very nice plugin on other aspects. it would be logic to have a standard days (as in plugin now), and as soon as customer edits his own country field in the form, the shipping day is recalculated.

Please help me, I purchased this module but it doesn’t work, it doesn’t show me anything, I put the shortcode in the single product layout and it doesn’t show me anything, can you help me?

Hello, I have noticed recently since updating Woocommerce it is now showing the Product Estimated date even before the customer chooses their variations. I only want it to show once they make their selection. Is there a new setting to turn this off?

Hoping you can help me? I need it to only show the estimate when the customer picks the variations. It should not show anything when the customer comes to the page. Its not working correctly.

For hide delivery message when no variation selected you need to enable “Use different text when no variation selected?” option and remove text from ” Text when no variation selected ” option as per below screenshot

What I would like to do is to show the information in different sections.

Furthermore: Would it be possible to can translate “hour” and “minutes”/”seconds” into free language, like “German”? All of the text can be edited, but not these part.

We have a problem to set it up correctly. We tried couple of ways, it shows not accurate times or days.

So to make it simple how can we set it up so it will work:

Client ordering on Monday up to 14:00 will recieve Tuesday, Client ordering on Tuesday up to 14:00 will recieve Wendsday, Cleint ordering on Wendsday up to 14:00 will recieve od Thursday, Client ordering on Thursday up to 14:00 will recieve od Friday, Client ordering on Friday up to 14:00 will recieve od Saturday, On Saturday Client see the custom message: delievery on Tuesday, On Sunday Client see the custom message: delievery on Tuesday.

I think your WordPress site timezone is incorrect. Make sure your timezone and WordPress site time zone are same

Nothing to do with the timezones. The tool doesn’t work properly. We set 1 day off – Sunday as we being told – it create the problems, as we don’t deliver on Mondays, but we pack the products on Mondays and they can be deliver on Tuesdays. So to work with the tool we would have to: every Saturday – add Monday manually (So it will show delievery on Tuesdays) and every Sunday remove the Monday So rather then showing Wendsday would show Tuesday and ideally to do do everything after midnight so it will show it correctly. To much hustle and no one will do it. Please find the solution or we will file for refund.

Regarding hide for category, for now it’s not possible to hide it for specific category, you need to disable it for all product and add delivery time to each product. You can do it by import export function of woocommerce

As product have multiple categories so it’s not possible to hide delivery time based on category

Hi, I’m struggeling: We send deliveries only on tuesdays. And if the customer doesn’t order until saturday, the upcoming tuesday is skipped and the following tuesday (+ 2 days delivery time) is displayed. How do I set this up?

I am facing two issues.

1. The estimated delivery text is not displaying on product pages.

2. To solve this, I added a shortcode to product pages but there is a left padding which is not aligned with the remaining text. How can I solve this?

Which version of plugin are you using?

Please download latest version of plugin and update it

1). If you are using any page builder plugin then you need to use shortcode as builder plugin do not support some default woocommerce hooks

2) please update plugin, it will fix issue

Hi. I bought this plugin years ago and used it without any interrruptance since the major update. After your major update, in my variable product page, I can only see “no variation selected message” even I select all the necessary attributes. Also, if I add the product to the cart, I can see the correct shipping date on the cart item area. On the other hand, If I disable my theme (Avada) and activate the twentyfour theme, I can see the shipping dates on the variable product page also. Is there any conflict with the theme Avada? I asked support from Avada also and they replied me to solve this problem with the plugin developer. How can you help me?

Can you replace e(”.single_variation_wrap”) with e(document) in plugin script.min.js file and check?
