With the affiliates link, can ’/?ref=username’ be added to any url and it works the same, or is it only ‘https://example.com/?ref=username' that will work. For example, will https://example.com/pages/example/?ref=username' work for affiliates system?

your script article title is a part of article url, which is very bad for SEO when change title its changing url for that article
in wordpress when publish article it creates permanent link for that article when change title, permanent link is not changing in wordpress

Important user suggestions: 1q- Admin can send single and mass Notifications to the user.
2q – When the Admin sent a notification to the user, it must show the name of the website and not the name of the admin who sent the notification;
3q- The Contact message must be via tickets where the user will have their own help contact page which will be interactive with the Admin/moderator and the Admin/moderate can mark it as closed if it was resolved.
4q – Don’t forget to add Reels and an Ad monitoring panel with support for ads embedded in the videos published in the sngine script.
That’s it and I hope you implement it in future updates.
