Hello friends, I saw this script and it fits well with my needs, my question is that it has been going on for a year without updates, are there plans to update the project to Laravel 10? I have finbiz, a great system and the panel structure seems to be the same, but this system has a listing of accommodations so I would like to buy it.
Does the system control the plan contracted by the customer, for example, after a one-month plan it expires? How it works?
You can set customer plans in admin panel and customer can by plans.
And about update for laravel 10?
Yes, when we update will be updated to new admin panel and latest laravel.

Hello, is there a possibility to create an integration using a .json file?
How it would work: 1 – In the admin panel, the real estate agent registers the URL of the integration file, example: mysite.com/integration/propertee/imob.json
2 – Every day the system reads the .json file one, two or three times and updates the properties published on the portal.
3 – On the panel it is also possible to generate a daily report of the .json reading, informing whether the load of properties was processed successfully, how many properties were updated, how many new properties were added to the integration and if there were errors.

why when a property is inactive it also appears in the search result? Will a function be added to delete properties? Even admin doesn’t have delete function

Hi there. Let me share a secret with you, because im looking for a property script, but nobody in Codecanyon have understood the “selling points” of a property script.
There is xxx amount of house owners, that are willing to sell their house, there is xxx amount of house owners that wants to rent.
Charging these people give xxx amount of money only.
Here is the secret, and what literal “all other” property management sites in Denmark does to earn money.
They dont charge the house owner a dime, its free to put your house online.
What they do is charging the normal browser for seeing the contact details. Because there is xxxxxxx amount of people constantly looking for a house to buy, or to rent. So the income is xxxxxxx instead of xxx, because lots of people are willing to pay for a monthly subscription to get the contact details.
If you do a script like this, instead of this “old” method everybody here on codecanyon does, you are in for a good business that sells tons more than what you can sell with this method where the house owner must pay….

When user clicked on plan page – then clicked on Buy Now – Its redirect to Payment gateway options – Its drop down showing nothing. But I done with admin section – Many payment gateways are enabled -

When add more locations above 20, there is not showing paging bar -
There is no option for edit or delete – when we added more than 20 lists in locations.
Location page only showing 20 location – if more than 20 location – its not showing to edit / delete etc.

I mentioned there is no paging bar showing on Location tab – When we added more than 20 locations. then previous location listing not showing in Location.
I added more than 100 locations – But its only showing 20 listings for edit /dele etc.

thanks can see the (user/buer) dashboard on how he see how much he has paid or udate im strguggling to see the differenct between an agent and a buyer do the both have the same dash board so a buyer can list properties which defeats the point of being an agent
