Re: the caching, I’m just setting up the script and making some changes I need. On the server side, it’d be good to have your experience with the demo script for reference. Assume I could get to 100 concurrent users of this script, I’m thinking I’d end up at about the Cloudways DO8GB plan and would probably have scaled your app’s cache size to around 256MB to ensure efficient caching without overloading the memory resources.
Does that sound about right to you?
Of course, server management is outside your support, just looking for some sort of benchmarking I could expect and feel for how closely I need to monitor.

Sorry for the confusion, but yes – the best is to send me direct email containing the email / order id of the support package.
Regarding the caching – I would personally suggest you start with the lowest server possible, there is no need to imagine going to the 8GB plan you mention unless you actually reach those users and that kind of demand. There are too many variables to be able to calculate such thing.

Hi, The external item block is not registering clicks made on its links. In the click statistics, the value remains consistently at zero and is never updated, even when users click the links. This means the system is failing to track and record link interactions for this particular block type. I would like to bring this issue to your attention for investigation and resolution. Thanks!
I had version 42, I have now upgraded to the latest version and the problem has been fixed. However I would like to report a problem with Background blur and Background brightness, if you set these parameters and you are using a background video you will no longer be able to see the video clearly. These parameters once set it is no longer possible to reset them (at least on a background video) I believe this is a Bug.
Only by deleting part of the code is it then possible to review the video correctly.
Hi, I believe you may have a bug in the contact form block, I installed a local copy to test this issue and got the same problem please see below.
So when I fill out the contact form for the first time it says it has sent the message, (I do not receive a message) When I refresh the page and try again the send button no longer works. When I look at the DevTools there are Recaptcha errors, I asked my colleague to try and they get the same issue can you let me know if you have the same issue and if so can I receive a patch asap please as users need this block. (Please note I tried the block with and without recaptcha

Ok thanks for the update I think because the message disappeared very quickly I did not notice if it was working, and also I expected an email notification to both myself and the person filling the form out. So is there a time limit because if someone wants to send more information or forgets to send information or wants to send information later they cannot send another message.

I got couple feature request: 1.- Allow the BioTheme creation to have a checkbox to choose what elements you want to apply the background Bio Link Block color, I have created a lot of themes, but when you create a Bio Page and you have normal parragraph without background and you switch theme, it always sets a background color to parragraphs and every other element as well which at the end doesn’t look professional. With this in mind we can select for example to apply the background color of block just to the link block and social icons.
2. Separate the permission to use image and/or video as background, as of now you can allow a plan to use these together, the idea would be for sample to allow image background to free accounts and the paid ones can use images and also videos (which consumes more bandwidth).
3. Add a new block image to act like a header on top and behind the avatar block, I got this result which can be improved via the css code: https://prnt.sc/h6U_1qhEJL7n — This requested block should not be limited by the margins and paddings of parent container so the image can stretch 100% the main container (not the whole page, desktop, etc. but the main container of the bio link), in my sample you can see is still afected by the margins of parents.

Is there a feature such that the short URL cannot be changed by the user when link shortening is done? For example, /zb1ln22 such a short url was created, but the user cannot change it from the panel.

in my opinion it’s good product and i purchased the extended license, bur here is some things i found it needed in the website for the design :
1 – the blog section it needs some editing because while you writing an article you can’t find option to make a text as a (title, h3 ) also when you put a text in Middle, it doesn’t apply, and also many things really it need to be fixed in that section.
2 – in all Modern design now you can add photo of the logo and next to it the name of the website, but in this website you can’t because it’s either the name or the logo
3 – the navbar will not be sicky-top because you will spoil the design of the dropdown menu if you did that
4 – there is no back to top button and it’s very important for make the visitor have easy way to back to top without scrolling much.
5 – the footer it need a lot of work also because you can’t add links in it except basics which it make your footer not professional.
really the product is amazing and it provides a lot of good tools but it need a lot of things in the design to make it modern and more professional

2 – This is the first time that someone mentioned both logo and name, so not really sure there is actual demand for something like this – otherwise it would’ve been implemented.

2 – in that you can check the bootstrap designs which is free in many sites and you can find that in Modern designs.
3 – i mean in the index page the nav bar if you changed it to make it sticky on top while you scrolling it will make the dropdown menu spoiled
4 – back to top button in the index page which it make you back to top at once without scrolling all way back to up.
5 – i didn’t say is an issue, i said it doesn’t look much processional, because you only can add (the basic pages like contact us, privacy policy, terms, and blog section), but there is nothing else you can add in the meddle of the footer like if you wanted have some links to direct the visitor to my features more easy without to to top again, this what i meant

Script is awesome!
Small bug: I can set the “Border Shadow Color” property when editing a block, but that property doesn’t seem to persist after clicking “Update” to save the block’s settings. The indicator still shows what I set, but the value is not saved (doesn’t persist). Also note, I saw this with the review block, not sure about the behaviour with other blocks.

Your most recent QR code update to set a custom foreground image and transparency along with your code for auto-scanning QR codes can be combined with your AI plugin to allow users to prompt for “QR Art”.
This could be an add-on, either for the AI plugin, or for the BIO and QR scripts (that would also require the AI plugin) to increase sales but also give users a valuable feature.

Edit: Actually looking at the API endpoints you support, we have almost all we need now. I see the CREATE endpoint parameters include your recent updates but we would need something like a “SCAN” to ensure it’s scannable (unless the “RETRIEVE ONE” retrieves what would be scanned vs just give back what was used to encode the QR code.

Google recenlty said they’re investing in PWA (improving Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools); I mean even YouTube has embraced PWAs
1) Do you have any documentation on the PWA plugin?
2) Can you let us know if you’re planning PWA’s for created pages? Doesn’t make sense for a customization if you’ve already got it on the roadmap (even if it’s not an “official” roadmap but just following user’s interest.
