Hello, is everything ok?
I know it’s been a while since I bought it, but I recently decided to upgrade and I’m having the same problem as one of the users below!
Even with the correct SMTP settings, the user cannot register or send me an email!
Would you have a practical solution to tell me how to fix it?
500 error is very generic, and does not tell me much. Please enable debug console in /lib/config.ini.php and set DEBUG to true. Try sending email, refresh page and look for any errors or warning.
Thank you for your answer, after a lot of research I discovered the reason for the error, that’s why I wasn’t sending the email and just kept turning the button!
Just configure the website’s email, the same as the SMTP user’s email, I was using @gmail for the website’s email and an @domain for the SMTP user!
I don’t know why this is happening, but when I changed it, it worked great here, no errors now!

Most likely something has changed on your server. Maybe a php version. Check your server error log if you have access to it, or ask hosting company

Maybe you do have the latest version already. Login into your admin panel, and look in footer area for your MMP version
In footer show v.5.01, but image profile, dont update when i upload a new image.

1- I have chrome plugin that open my own service & third-party service.
2- Third-party service itself collect the money by an annual membership per User
3- My own service also ask the user to pay annual membership if he want to use
some paid features.
4- Now, my problem is how can I make the user pay on one place (my own page of membership signup) the all cost (my own service & the third-party) ?

You can not access individual fields, since they are dynamically created, only the whole set at once.

Another questions: Is it possible to use javascript code within pages that have been created within the application? Or javascript code should only be used in pages that have not been created within the application? If so, how do you link the pages created outside the application with the different memberships that have been configured?
You can just follow instructions within the manual for adding additional pages. If page is not part of the framework, you can include javascript code, otherwize, its not possible
I have a question before buying a license for this application: Do you plan to add the option to create menus for the different pages, inside the administration panel, as you have done in CMPRO? I think that the option to create many pages in this application so that their links all appear at the top of the home page, without being able to place those links in menus, makes the home page, when many pages have been created, look horrible.
Sorry, there is no plan for something like that. MMP is not meant to be full cms and it has different purpose. Few pages will be more then enough for majority of cases. If you need more complex menus, you might go for cms pro. It has all the features of MMP plus many more.
Hi, i bought the Membership Manager Pro and have installed it onto my web host ionos.co.uk
When i try to register as a user the submit button activates with a spinning circle on the button and then does nothing else. I’m not redirected or logged in after this the page just remains the same.
I also have a simular issue when using the contact email form, when clicking the submit button it also shows a circle on the button and does not send the message. I have added my smtp details in the config section also.
I hope that you are able to provide some support to help me get the registration and email working as it should.

Can you please advise on how to update the Sign In button at the top of the page to say Register as when you click on it, you are then redirected to the Registration page.

You can upload short videos, in the same manner as any other file. Make sure to configure file directory first.

You need to enable php PDO extension. You should be able to do it from your hosting panel, if not ask hosting company for the assistance.
