After updating to version 2.6.0 events can´t be edited any more. Even if I don´t change anything pressing the “update event” button results in an error message “There was an error in your submission, please try again. The event was not saved!”.
Second: I´ve opened a ticked #3686408 but did not get any response yet.

if you want to remove total seats and remaining seats, you can do so by inspecting the element with your browser, copy the css code, paste the code in your theme’s custom css section, and simply add the line display: none;

Other buyers report here that you have been trying to fix the knowledge base for several months. And you have to find the knowledge base first, because there is no documentation when you buy the plugin. Not even a little hint. And now it doesn’t work, as you can see on the demo pages. The UI looks totally retro and is super confusing. I don’t want to register with a support portal – I expect immediate help. Otherwise I expect a refund of the payment.

I submitted a support ticket (#3673042). I see that you stated you were hacked. So, I can’t search the Knowledge base. I extended support here since I couldn’t research it. One of my clients’ sites is having issues with the stripe form. When I’m logged in as an admin, everything looks fine. But not logged in, I don’t get a credit card form and cannot finish payment. They’re in the middle of two event registrations. I need assistance ASAP. So sorry to hear about your hack. Completely sucks.

Hi, yes the plugin is still being maintained and updated. We recently had a hack in the documentation website which is why its showing the error but we’re working on restoring it.

Hi Niels, you would need to create different tickets for the same event. For example: ticket 1 from 1pm to 3pm – ticket 2 from 5pm to 8pm, etc. this way the user can choose the time they want to attend from the dropdown.

1) Yes, you can choose specific date and time for events 2) For the moment there are no email reminders integrated but you can export the attendees list and use an email service like mailchimp 3) You can use PayPal, Authorize.net, and Stripe for payments

Thanks for the prompt reply. Just to confirm I would need to create the events ahead of time and than clients can chose the ones they want to attend? I guess what I am after is something like Calendly, where one can go in and select the days/times available for the sessions/events.
I think in this case I will need to create new events for spefic date and time that I want to display correct?
Is there a backend demo that I can playaround with before seing if its a good fit for my client?

Hi, as long as the builder you are using has a shortcode or html element built into it, it should be no problem. You simply add the plugin’s shorcode in there and it should display as normal. Let me know if you have additional questions.

yes, unfortunately our server was hacked so we are restoring the website from scratch. At the moment the plugin is not compatible with woocommerce, it has its own checkout system.
