Hello, our stackposts app was approved by Meta. The problem is when going to add pages all the pages associated with the facebook account does not appear. I don’t see anything in the documentation about how to troubleshoot this because when you go:
click edit settings and it takes you here click Choose the Pages you want to access
All the pages associated with the account appear but they do not appear as an option to add the page.
It looks like an issue with stackposts showing all the pages to click add and it is only showing pages that are not in a facebook business manager account.
Is there a link to the documentation trooubleshooting this issue? I see there are other comments here about the same thing.
You need to check your FB API app type and other Page settings. We have checked our site and it works well when we add all pages.
Thanks for the reply. App type is business. Can you share the video of what settings we need to check? Preferably add to the documentation for everyone. Are you sure on your site that it is including all the pages?

The API is showing all the pages if we click the “edit previous settings” but the pages are just not loading in the app.
If you can create the video to show what settings we need to check that would be great. It looks like there are over 30 people at least on these comments with the same problem.
We think you are using the Facebook Business Login.
The consumer app doesn’t have permission features to add facebook pages, that is only available on the business login. The business login works but it is not pulling all the facebook pages from all the different business managers accounts linked to the facebook login user. The consumer app only allows Facebook login and that works fine. But it is adding facebook pages that is in the original facebook business manager. It is only adding pages from the meta business manager accounts. There is something wrong with the stackposts side because we can see all the pages available under “edit settings” but it doesn’t appear on the “add profiles/pages” tab.
How can we add facebook pages which are connected to meta business suite not individual account. Please help
