hey i need you to turn a wordpress plugin thats on my site into a pwa .. its a fillable pwa.. basically i want my patient onboarding pdf form to be available online/offline .. so that everytimg i fill out a form its sent from zapier to the backend of the plugin per form is a new client.. i need this done today … i already did the integration for forms submitted to send straight to my perfex crm .. but id rather just have it all within wordpress. .. so every pdf thats filled in is essentially creating a new wordpress user with the form attached to the file

my problem with this plugin is that it just lets you download but there isent a save or send button to view the form on the backend of the plugin

please help me .. i was just going to use the wordpress pwa generator to create it fast until i ran into this issue

there isent really a website to create .. the landing page will just have a few buttons on them redirecting them to 1/3 forms … my subdomains is where ill clone the same thing and change logos

Google viewer is not stable. I keep getting the error, “Google viewer cannot load at this time, please try again”

Version 1.4 update broke the pdf.js viewer – the viewer shows, but the pdf doesn’t. Is there any info on that? We rolled back to 1.3.7 and that fixed the issue. Would like to understand what happened.

I have to create a workflow project in WordPress like:

-User 1 fills out the Contact Form, signs it with the mouse and sends it. -The Form creates automatically a row in an Excel-type table in the WordPress backend, the table contains 2 checkboxes for 2 admins. -Admin1 approves his checkbox, an email or notice is sent to Admin2. -Admin2 enters WP and approves its checkbox. -The created table can be downloaded.
