I’m unable to load all the posts from my instagram. It is only loading a certain amount no matter what I set in Limit Items
It is only loading last 21 posts + 3 pinned posts. So only total of 24 posts

The InGallery loads up to 50 posts though our API. The others, if the limit is higher, are loaded directly from Instagram if you website server is not blocked by Instagram. You can check if your server is not blocked by setting “Action when loading data and got error”=”Throw error” in the InGallery settings.
This is not answering my question and bug report. Mine loads only 24 posts. Can I please get some direct communication through email or phone to get this resolved. This is not leading to anywhere

I just saw it but what you said is incorrect.
Found the gallery named “CS” with the source @college.support but it uses filter by the hashtag. When I removed the filter, it loaded 30 posts – because the gallery limit is 30. Changed the limit to 50 and it loaded 48 posts – it is maximum that can provide our API for this source.
I found the same gallery and it is still loading just 24 posts. This is really not doing me what I expected it to do and it is becoming very time consuming. I would like to request a refund.
I installed your plugin and played around with it. It works. Now I added the same hashtag on Instagram to the posts that I want to show. But it’s been a couple of hours and those hashtags are still not showing in your plugin? How can I force your plugin to fetch the newest posts?

Hello, I have 23 galleries and got the API Limit Reached error on a few of them. Once the limit resets, am I going to have this issue come up because I have too many galleries? I really like this plugin, is there a way to get a higher limit if that is the case?

You will have this issue only for the first time the galleries are loaded. And this is because you have too many galleries. Once the data is loaded, the caching will control which data to show and there will be no errors.
Is it possible to easily duplicate galleries or set global settings? I have several different galleries with the same style settings

Pre-sale question, do I need to have a Facebook business page to display my Instagram feed?
Because I only have an Instagram account and I don’t use Facebook at all. I tried with another plugin that ended up requiring to have this Facebook business page saying that Instagram’s professional accounts are accessed through Facebook accounts.
So I want to make sure that your plugin will show my IG feed even if I don’t have a Facebook account.

No. You don’t need to have the Facebook account. You don’t need even the Instagram account – you can display any Instagram public account (it can be not yours) with InGallery.

Yes, the InGallery is able to display posts by hashtag.
Great one more is it possible to reduce the size of the image so you could say display 50 on one page 10 colums?
There are options that you can set the amount of pictures to be displayed in the amount of columns.
You can also set the needed amount of columns to display on a specific screen size.

I’m having trouble with the Instagram plugin. Currently, I have it installed on a very simple website made with Elementor, without any modifications or customizations. It has always had issues on mobile, but now, for some reason, it’s also problematic on desktop.
The website is https://www.sabadelljapancity.com/. If you visit it, you’ll see that on the homepage, the Instagram images appear one below the other, instead of in a grid as shown in the plugin’s configurator.
On mobile, it’s even worse because the photos get narrow and all the content appears below them.
There’s no option in the plugin to edit this. What can I do?

You have some CSS/JS optimization plugins that won’t load the InGallery CSS.
Please disable those plugins or configure them that way, so the InGallery JS and CSS will be loaded.
I see. It was the WP Rocket plugin causing this conflict. I disabled the CSS and JS file optimization, and now everything looks fine. Thank you so much!
Now I’ll try different settings to optimize the loading without affecting the plugin.
Do you know the necessary configuration in WP Rocket to ensure the Instagram plugin is not affected?

The API requests limit reached error means that you have too many requests to API (too many galleries or something is wrong with the caching).
The InGallery doesn’t update the photos – it updates the posts data and download the new photos if there are some. If you need to update some photo, you need to delete it from the picture cache folder, so it will be replaced with the new one.

If you don’t like the layout script that is integrated into the plugin, you can always write your own script.
If you just don’t want the columns to collapse, you can turn off the “Local responsiveness” option.

Please clear the cache of the gallery. In order to do that, please delete the file: /wp-content/plugins/ingallery/cache/mark.1.83.php
After that check the gallery.
There was only a mark.1.84.php and when I deleted that I received this message: Unfortunately, an error occurred Instagram error: Please wait a few minutes before you try again. I’ve waited for five minutes since and there was no change. Please let me know if I can reset the plugin. It might still work after all.
So, there is a caching issue on your website. Please check the writing permissions on the cache directory: /wp-content/plugins/ingallery/cache
And also this directory: /wp-content/plugins/ingallery/picture_cache
Oh, or you mean the name of the file is different only? Are there any other files in that directory?
The persmissions on the directory are 755. By now I have deleted all files from the two cache directories. Nothing changed. I reinstalled the plugin and nothing changed either.
