Hi, I bought the premium version, everything works fine, I just have a problem with the columns. If a row has 2 or more columns, they are displayed correctly in the template designer, even when I send a test email from the designer, the columns are displayed correctly next to each other in the email. However, when Woocommerce sends the email, the columns are no longer next to each other, but one below the other, no matter what width I set under “Background”. Can you help me?

Are you referring to the issue with the email template displays on mobile devices?

Indeed, on mobile, rows will automatically convert into columns.

You can choose to view the email template on mobile either under PC view or mobile view through adjusting the responsive point. You can see this guide.

Please reduce the responsive point to view on mobile like under the PC, so the rows will keep its format.

Thanks für your answer, no it’s not an issue with mobile devices, responsive is working as it should. It’s the desktop view that’s causing this error.

Theriorily, a custom email following standard WooCommerce will appear in the WooCommerce email list, it can be displayed in our email template list by creating a new email type, you can see our guide: 3. Creating new email types by 3rd plugin.

Apply to categories not working for variable products. It works for simple products. Can you fix that please.

Okay. Another issue. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. The pictures in the email are not showing up. It is broken. I have added my logo on the top that’s also not showing up. I am using WPML and SkyVerge’s ‘WooCommerce Order Status Manager’. That is, I have additional order statuses and associated email in the shop. Will the ‘WooCommerce Email Template Customizer’ plugin allow me to send custom emails? Will the ‘Language’ option be available for messages created by the ‘WooCommerce Order Status Manager’ SkyVerge plugin?

1. Our plugin is compatible with WPML (a premium feature), you can create multi-language email templates and assign a language for each. There will be a language rule on the email template where you assign the language, you can see this video guide for further instruction.

2. The new custom order status by WooCommerce Order Status Manager – SkyVerge generates new email types, This email type can be added in the “Email type” panel by adding a new email type which is mentioned in this guide 3. Creating new email types by the 3rd plugin.

Hi i noticed that in the email that the client receives, the .screen-reader-text is displayed in the “Component: Products” widget (with featured as product type), resulting in showing texts like “Original price was, Current price is” instead of just prices. In the admin area it doesn’t show this info when working in the design and preview mode, just in the email. Can you please fix it and upload an update (I tried to temporarily add custom css to display:none but is not working).

In fact, the additional information as you called: screen-reader-text is from a 3rd plugin on your site, which may be a custom product option plugin.

Our plugin just displays the product title and price in the Products component as you see in the preview email

Hi, I’m using “WooCommerce Email Template Customizer” to customize emails and need to include HTML metadata with attributes like itemscope, itemtype, and itemprop. However, the plugin removes these attributes from the code. Here is an example of the code I’m trying to insert:

I also tried creating a shortcode to insert this markup, but the result is the same — the attributes are still being stripped out. :cry:

How can I configure the plugin to prevent these attributes from being removed? Is there a way to disable HTML sanitization to preserve these metadata?

This request can be achieved by overriding our current email template. Please follow this guide to overwrite templates via a theme, so your modification will not be lost by the plugin’s updates. You can see our guide and development documentation.

Hi; After checking demo I wasn’t sure about this: - Does it automatically send the template on order changes?

Example: I want to create a new template for order complete. Every time I change any order to complete on woocommerce, will it send the new template automatically?

If you create a new template for example Completed order template type, there will exist 2 templates for the completed order email types (One created, and one default). In this case, we offer the rule feature: Priority and other rules such as assigning products/categories… the template with the higher priority will be applied, or if an order containing products/categories matches (a) certain rules will be applied with a certain template.

The custom CSS isn’t working. I have added the following p { margin-bottom: 15px !important; } but there is no margin at the bottom of p elements. Is there not a way to actually do that by default?!

Thanks but it’s not working. Looking at the source code of the email that gets sent, the custom CSS is not included.

I also tried overwriting the email-header.php template and adding that to the email-template-customizer directory in my active theme i.e. added margin-bottom:15px; to the p selector in that file but that doesn’t do anything?!

Have the same issue as the user anthime8 wrote in your last review. Email rules does not work since last update. Have 2 confirmation templates: 1 for decals (rules: categories: decals), second for ceramics (rules: categories: ceramics), and when a cutomer orders only decals, the email for decals doesnt send, customers gets an email for ceramics.

Hi, my support has ran out, but I haven’t needed support until now. I mostly just want to ask a question. I’m currently using your plugin along with CodeWooGeek’s “Back In stock notifier”. For some reason their plugin has stopped working correctly when your plugin is active. They have all of a sudden become incompatible. I have CodeWooGeek looking at it now too, but are you aware of any issues in the last few months that may have caused this? I just need both of these plugins to work :)

Also, just drop a quick note that, our plugin doesn’t support email customizer for mobile. It only has Responsive point option for mobile view, like from which screen size the template changes to mobile view. But if you’re looking for separate template customizer for mobile and desktop versions of one email, this feature is not available.

The hook I sent above is to add email type of the wallet plugin to our plugin templates, so their email can use our template.

But even after I used your hook, the email from the wallet is showing in the default woocommerce template.
