If we provide CRM to customers through SaaS, it would be problematic if we can access the customers’ confidential information on our servers. Is the customer data encrypted when stored in the database?
Each tenant has its own, separate and secure, Perfex CRM Database.
Presales question : does this plugin require VPS hosting or sharedpannel is ok ?
Please check the requirements list found here: https://perfexsaas.themesic.com/docs/perfex-saas-module-user-guide/getting-started/
After installing the module Im getting http error, saying that i need to configure my base url (which is already using https) any idea why this happens?
Please raise a support ticket – our team will help you at the local issue you are facing.
In Tenant I am receiving some errors that do not occur in the main instance. I will detail them:
- The employee’s image is not changed, when I try, only the placeholder image remains - When I try to add a new lead, if I do not enter the lead value, an error occurs due to the lack of this field - I cannot enable existing modules. They are displayed, but when I try to activate them I receive the error: “Field ‘active’ does not have a default value”

Sorry – can you please rephrase?
pre sales question, does this work with this module: https://codecanyon.net/item/whatsapp-cloud-api-interaction-module-for-perfex-crm/52004114?s_rank=4
Our SaaS module can work with every third party module, yes.
Does this allow for user hosted databases ? The other SAAS does and it’s the only real reason I’d choose it instead. I want page building from this.
Databases are hosted under your server (separate database names)
I can’t access to the SaaS panel to see the demo
Our demo resets every hour. Can you attempt it again?
Can you please add a support for Plesk auto db creaton?
That was noted – thanks for the upvote.
Is it possible to distribute pay in this software?
Can you please explain your question in details? Whats does “distribute pay” means to you?
i need a test Tenant-based Experience but when i sign up i dont receive the activation or verification code. Do you have demo account for a company or user?
You can sign up for one – kindly check your spam/junk folder as emails reach Inboxes just fine. I just had a test and it works fine.
do i need to use VPS for my server specs to use your module or is hosting enough?
because it seems like your module requires root access to the database
You can find all requirements here: https://perfexsaas.themesic.com/docs/perfex-saas-module-user-guide/getting-started/perfex-saas-module-requirements/
I have a multi vendor ecommerce site and would like for each vendor to have an invoicing CRM system such as Perfex. Would this be appropriate? The stand alone Perfex would not work is that correct because the vendors would not have a dashboard but with this SAAS they would and have the tools and control needed. If it would be good I am concerned how much processing/computer resources are needed per vendor can you give a rough starting scaling gage like: For every 1000 vendors you would need a AWS EC2 Ubuntu, 1cpu, 1gb ram, 30gb storage, 1 case of beer.
Hello.
Our SaaS module adds multitenancy to Perfex CRM. If the features of the core meet your needs, thats all you need.
The requirements (hosting level) are mostly related to Perfex CRM’s core and they are minimal, but working under a scalable provider like AWS is always a good idea.
What does Multitenancy actually mean? Each “tenant” has their own virtual Perfex I assume? Are you saying the features of the core would meet my needs of each vendor without the SaaS module? Its hard to know what you mean by saying that. The “minimal” requirements is meaningless and gives me no indication of the server requirements.
Multitenancy is an architecture in software design where a single instance of a software application serves multiple customers, known as tenants. Each tenant operates with a degree of isolation and independence, ensuring their data and configurations are separate from those of other tenants.
In other words, “each “tenant” has their own virtual Perfex” – thats correct.
Yes – if your needs are met by checking the Perfex CRM’s core demo, that would be enough.
The minimal requirements of Perfex CRM can be found here > https://help.perfexcrm.com/server-requirements/

Hello, do I need to purchase a license of the modules i have for each tenant?
All third party modules can be included (as available) in Plan Management of our SaaS module.
Admins of the tenant installations that fall in the same plan, can activate them with the respective license key, making their functionality available to the whole installation.
Please better explanation. my customer do not have to purchase a license to use the modules. Yes or no
As I already stated in my previous comment, modules can be activated with the respective key – according to the marketplace’s licensing policy ( https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard ).
If you have an extended license for a module, you can use this for every copy.

Will any of the themesic modules created for perfex work with the saas system to choose for plans? If not do you have a current list of modules that presently work? Thank you
All third party modules (ours or third party vendor’s ones) can be included (as available) in Plan Management of our SaaS module.
Admins of the tenant installations that fall in the same plan, can activate them with the respective license key, making their functionality available to the whole installation.
Hello, I have 2 presale questions:
1- does it support SaaS installation on shared hosting (e.g. GoDaddy or Hostinger) without root access and super privileges?
2- If I have modules set up on the main instance, will their functions still exist on new instances created through your SaaS module?
If your hosting allows you to access the root users of MySQL, that shall be supported.
Modules can be available per-pricing package:
Tenant admins will be able to activate them with the respective license and have their functions working on the specific tenant installation.
Is there any support for this item ? No reply on ticket raised
Can you check your ticket’s URL for potential replies that you might have missed? I just checked with the support team, all tickets are replied before a couple hours.
