As far as SaaS is concerned. it will make a new copy of Perfex CRM followed with the plan issued by Super Admin. and the module for e.g. WebMail will also be available. or we can make plans. What will be the URL be like then ? For SaaS customer?

I’d like to use this pluggin – is it able OR how hard would it be to add, a function to clone an instance – reason being, I want to pre-populate an instance with projects and tasks and then clone it for a new client. Almost like using a template
Cloning a setup is not a functionality offered by this module – its purpose is to create new tenants, under the factory state a Perfex CRM install would be if you used a standalone install.
I have configured a tenant to subdomain like tenantid.perfexcrmdomain.com. When the messages related to invoice is sent, it gives the url as perfexcrmdomain.com/ps/tenantid. How to fix it?

there. are different modules available from different sellers, so can we limit saas user in using or adding modules to their dashboard or it shows only perfex crm
Our module contains plan management functionality, with which, you can limit the modules availability for each plan assisgned to tentants – if thats what you are asking.
I’m sorry, I thought I didn’t understand, the SaaS customer has to install his own license? because when I go to a customer’s account to activate a module, it asks me for the license key.

George buys my saas without the Shop plugin in plan 1
Two days later, I activate the Shop module for plan 1.
How can George now have access to the Shop module? Because when he bought it, it wasn’t in plan 1, but now it is.
Since he is still subscribed at Plan 1 – now that Plan 1 includes this module, it will be available at his modules list (Administative area), ready for activation.
PS: This affects new signups.

You can use Plesk and any other panel, yes. Just ensure that requirements are met and give a check at our online guide regarding potential configuration.
But you mentioned the cPanel/API automation for tenant database. Plesk don’t have this kind of API service.
We do offer two ways of autoprivisioning – cPanel API and MySQL root username/password.
You can use the second one, in every other system that is not running cPanel.
Does the API work only for the superadmin or also for the client?

Tenant installations are handled dynamically. Files are not installed under a new vhost, superadmin installation takes care of everything.
Whats replicated 100% as a new and standalone install is the Database part. Every tenant has its own and all of them start as an exact copy of Perfex’s core schema.

Yes, this is a module for Perfex CRM and it works with subdomains.
A regular license of our module will be needed and an extended for Perfex CRM.

You need a single license of our module and if you charge end users for your services, you are supposed to have a Perfex CRM’s extended license.
Our module allows you to enable third party modules in the tenant’s plans, by selecting them to be available and ready for activation. Activation process has to be done in each tenant, by the tenant admin.
Superadmin installation will have its own settings.
