Bulk importing is a feature that is tricky, because even if that bulk import would be available. It totally depends on what data you want to bulk import and it would have to match the requested format.

I added the file block from ultimate blocks and it currently only allows .pdf, .zip, .rar, .doc, .docx extensions. I went into app/includes/uploads.php and cannot find the setting to allow more extensions. Is it kept somewhere else?

I enabled the theme in settings in admin backend to use the tailwind colour palette and it seems to have changed colours everywhere except the cookie popup banner on biolink pages which still come up with the default #38b2ac colour on the buttons. is this a bug or is there another place where this needs to be changed?
Please share a screenshot so I can see what you mean with the colors.

Yes, because at the moment, the biolink page uses the default bootstrap (not the themed one)

I have added an additional domain under domains option and after this domain.com/tools is just redirecting and not loading the page. I have the system set to show the /tools to users & guests and it is enabled in the admin backend. What could be the issue?

What is causing this behaviour? It worked before and suddenly stopped.

Ah sorry, didn’t see it. No we didn’t modify anything apart from changing the setting for the Custom landing page URL, which at the moment just redirects to our main company website.
In that case, can you confirm I am able to replace all the files for you to the latest ones first so I can make sure everything is default so I can check?
Not sure if this helps or not. This started happening after I added a custom domain in the frontend, then approved it in the admin backend and added the subdomain to website alias on web server (after adding an A record which points to the IP where this script is hosted).
I’ve taken the backup of the server. I don’t mind anything as long as it won’t affect the biolinks and already created qr codes as we have a client using them

When editing a block such as a link, there doesn’t appear to be a user friendly way to make the text bold. I can see there is a custom CSS feature which only advanced users will understand. Is there no way to make the text bold without having to resort to custom CSS?

Hi, I’m trying to create a file link but it only allows the following extensions: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .zip, .rar, .doc, .docx allowed. 2 MB maximum. How do I add additional extensions to the allow list? I’ve looked everywhere in the system and can’t seem to find this option.

I just updated from v45 to v47 and noticed many of the settings can’t be updated or saved despite “successfully updated” notification shows up. For example: 1. Settings > Codes > Enable QR code system (it’s off by default somehow) 2. Settings > Users > (nothing is saved)
using PHO 8.3 with all recommended cpanel configs I wonder what went wrong or how to fix it? Thank you

As of now, there are no outstanding bugs on either of those sections – assuming a proper update has been done.
1 – It’s off by default as it’s a new setting.
2 – Try to save it while having the anti spam measures tab open.

Hi again. So I restored and redid the update from v.45 to v.47 again. Same problem. I noticed there’s an update error saying “ Error when running the database queries: Table ‘tools_usage’ already exists”, I pressed continue and it finished updating. Same issue as I described before. 1 – You get that error because you only restored the files, not your actual database (before redoing the update)
2 – Your video is private, I can’t see it
3 – Please keep in mind, your support is expired and you would need to renew it to be eligible for future support (either from codecanyon or altumcode.com/club at 90% cheaper)
