shows error 505 while trying to install this addon
I have completed the installation. But, to display the chat/support on our website, i have tried to put the reference script to <head> or <footer> sections, there is no any display. My footer path is ”/home/xxxxx/xxxxx/resources/views/frontend/inc/footer.blade.php”. Could you please help us or let us the path of the “head or footer” sections.

Please check if the browser console has error (on Chrome you can open it from Settings > More tools > Developer tools > Console), if no errors, enable the PHP debug and/or check the PHP error logs. When you find the error message send me it. If you do not know how to enable it contact your hosting/server support.
