1. search for nearest driver from merchant location

2. check if has current active status if none then assign to driver

3. search for zone that drivers assign

4. check if of number allowed task example in your settings Number of allowed order per driver = 2

then if driver has active task of 2 it will move to next driver

Hello mate, Currently the order number presented to customers, merchants and drivers is sequential, which allows merchants, drivers and customers to know exactly how many sales are made throughout the system, which is not good. If possible, in the next update this sequential number will be presented only to admin and for merchants, drivers and customers a unique and random order number will be presented so that it does not allow merchants, drivers and customers to track the number of sales made throughout the entire system. Then the admin would have information about the order’s sequential number and the unique and random number assigned to this order and presented to customer, merchant and drivers. This is how all platforms work and the random order number can only have numbers or numbers and letters. Thank you

I’ll give you a practical example: for merchant x the order id 9000 is entered, customer, driver and merchant see this order id, then for merchant x the order id 9001 is entered, so merchant x knows exactly that the platform did not sell nothing for any merchant since the last order because it received the next order id, the driver, if it is the same, knows exactly how many orders have been sold since the last time. Also, the customer, from the last order placed to the new order placed, knows exactly how many orders were sold. This is detrimental to the business because it lets merchants, drivers and customers know exactly how many orders are sold throughout the system, which is why all platforms on the market show the customer, driver and merchant a random order ID with letters and numbers example A1259, next order is for example A1487 or C2323, this way merchant, customer and driver cannot know exactly how many orders were sold in the system overall, and only the admin knows the sequential id of the order and the random id that merchant, driver and customer have access. This is something that many users have asked for over time because it really makes sense. If you can, consider this. Thank you

what am telling you the order id has a field order_uuid and this is also unique but i think its very long so its not ideal to show

Is there a way to solve logging in using a phone number? Is it possible to set it up so that users can log in with either +63xxxxxxxxx or xxxxxxxxx without the +63? Customers are having trouble entering 63xxxxxxxxx to log in. It would be more practical.

don’t worry this is already fixed on my end and will be included next update

it needs to have 2 forms login for email and phone its much better this way

if the logs says sent that means the code process the sending of sms now if you cannot receive it counter check it with the sms provider cause we only rely on the sms provider api if was sent or not

Reviewing what the developer previously mentioned: “you need to create your merchant first in admin panel https://test2.food-angels.com/backoffice/admin" The issue here is that the provided SQL file itself doesn’t contain a user account nor the ability to create one as previously mentioned by my colleague: https://armada.support/QKvGbS868b

While you are right that we are the ones who installed the system, all of the files were provided from your end. This still doesn’t change the fact that the SQL file doesn’t have the necessary information that we can use to move forward.

Is it possible for you to ask the developer for the correct SQL file with the admin user in it or if he knows how we can go past the login https://test2.food-angels.com/backoffice/login ?
