Hi, it is likely because in order to keep using auto updates, you need to be within the support period. In case your support has expired, I advise you to update manually by downloading the update from codecanyon.

Hello, I really like this plugin, and I am planning to install this on my website. Before I do, I have one important question.

For instance, if i want to create a booking service for Hair service and i want it to have many attributes like (size, small, medium, large) also has options for color choice ( which is a box to write your request and also option to load a sample photo or video)

You may achieve that through the plugins optional extras. The additional field to collect your customers request can be added using the custom form fields but we do not support uploading a photo or video.

1. I want to use woocommerce product and payment for booking service checkout and it will use auto payment gateway. When payment have been receive it will automatically sending woocommerce completed email transaction. Your plugin have email tab too as I’ve checked the backend demo, my question is will your plugin detect the woocommerce completed payment and also sending the plugin email booking details? I need to make sure this 2 plugins synchronize.

2. Woocommerce and your plugin also have coupons menu, if I’m using woocommerce for checkout which coupon system I need to disable? Or both coupons system works in a current transaction?

3. How to limit user access separately between admin and sales staff because I don’t want my sales staff to be able to see the whole system they only need to work for sales menu only for booking confirmation etc.

1. Yes, it works this way.

2. If you are using woocommerce, then you’d have to use coupons in woocommerce.

3. You may create a staff member. They will have a limited view and functions unlike the main admin user.

Multimarket is not supported with this plugin. There are also no extra plugins to purchase along with this. This is a standalone plugin with all features included.

Hello, I want to use your plug-in to offer bookings for different hotels. As I understand it, a person from each hotel can act as staff through the plug-in and can manage bookings as well as receive email notifications from their respective hotel. However, I have these questions:

1. Can each staff member have an independent iCal synchronization that connects bookings from their respective hotel to a Google calendar?

2. Could this same person block a date or booking time through a linked Google calendar, without needing to access WordPress?

hi, i need these features: 1. User area for cancel booking (unitl specific time setting) 2. Create service for specific day and time (example “Spinning Class” each monday at 10:00-11:00 am time) 3. Holiday block day 4. Limit user email / name booking only 1 time for service day/time 5. Waiting List when finished maximum capacity 6. Hi, From your list of features, #4 and #5 are not supported. I did not understand #6 but it is likely that is not supported as well.

1) What appointment parameters/fields can be mapped using Zapier? Can custom form fields be mapped?

2) For multi-day appointments, can different appointment “start-time” be set for each day? Can a duration or “end time” be set for each day/appointment (2 hours, 4 hours etc.)? Can each of these dates/times be mapped using Zapier?

3) I would be using for booking of up to 200 individual workers, can each worker have their own embedded booking form?

4) Assuming #3 above is possible, can each embedded booking form redirect to a custom URL upon completing the booking, and can the booking details/fields data be passed via the URL?

5) Assuming #3 is possible, can 12-hour time format be selected and MM:dd:yy date format etc. for each booking form?

1. The zap will contain appointment data eg: start and end date and time, seats, email, appointment status, customer name and total amount.

2. For non sequantital multi date appointment booking, the same day can be booked by a single time period and you will need to add a different date to add a second date and a third etc. The zap info is as described above for each date selected.

3/4/5. There is no limit on the number of booking forms you can add but the redirect URL will be the same for all forms. The date format can be changed but without the semi-colon.

I took a look. I’ve not seen this kind of issue in a couple of years now. Perhaps it’s due to the WordPress editor or your theme enabling wpautop filter.

This is what is breaking the plugin because there are extra paragraph and line break tags inserted in the output. If you note there is a lot of white space breaking the UI. You will have to deactivate this filter.

We have at the moment one car which have 4 seats available for booking. The bookable product would be: – Beginner course (4 seats individual bookable) – Advanced course (4 seats individual bookable) – VIP beginner course (takes all 4 seats) – VIP advance course (takes all 4 seats)

At first all 4 courses should be bookable. If someone books a vip product, no other product should be bookable during this time period. If someone books a „standard“ course, all other products should not anymore be bookable for the same timeslot except the remaining seats of the same product/course.

I am testing your free basic version and it seems perfect for us so far (we do bike rental), but before we purchase the premium license there is one thing we can’t figure out. I hope my question makes sense.

We have 20 bikes (seats as the plugin names it) that can be delivered and dropped off in 5 different locations for the customer. I created all of these locations in Places > Departure/Destination. I’ve put in the cost in “Aggregate Cost” and the price for delivery should be the same no matter how many bikes the customer want.

But the plugin takes the delivery price and multiplies it by the number of bikes/seats, so for example if the customer book 10 bikes with a delivery price of $50 it will be $500 (50×10 seats) and not simply a fixed price of $50. It is possible to NOT have the plugin multiply the departure/destination cost with the amount of seats booked? Is it an option in the full/premium version?

Otherwise the plugin is perfect for us, so I hope there is a solution for this. I can’t figure it out.

Hi,

An alternative is to use optional extras with quantity to configure your bikes if they are in limited quantity. I assume they are in limited quantity since you are using seats for this.

Unfortunately our free version does not support quantity on the incremental input optional extra. You may view a demo below:

Yet another way to achieve this, if your bikes aren’t in limited quantity is to use the guests option. This is also only available on our premium version.

I’ve looked into the options you mentioned and while optional extras can work, we would love to keep the Google Maps overview when selecting the departure/arrival point. If we purchase the plugin, would it be possible for us to edit the source code so it does not mutiple the cost with the number of seats somehow?

Optional extras will not stop you from selecting departure and arrival but do check back with me at a later time and I shall let you know if we eventually added an option to enable a fixed cost for departure/destination.

I cannot recommend you edit the source code because this a plugin that is constantly updated.

Is anyone else having an issue with their booking availablity going to the next day?

Ex: Booking is available FEB 10th, 9 am – 9pm (PST), yet after 5pm, FEB 10th is unclickable. It only shows FEB 11th (PST), as available, on the booking calendar date.

I’ve update the wordpress setting timezone, PHP timezone, and calendarista timezone, under services.. Still no solution.

I keep seeing this, in site health. “Calendarista_FeedSynchJobHook cron event is non-repeating ”. Perhaps this is the cause..

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
