I recently purchased WooCommerce License Manager – Subscriptions Integration Add-on plugin and it does not show subscription menu under woocommerce menu

All the files are included in the package you receive after purchase.

The add-on adds support for subscriptions, while the API is still handled by the parent plugin.

I have everything installed: woo commerce, woo commerce subscriptions, your license manager plugin and this plugin. The subscriptions do not appear to be integrating with woo commerce subscriptions.

When I go to create a new product set it up as a simple subscription, enable “Enable sending license keys for this Product/Variation” and delivery in the “basic” settings, set up a license generator (default settings) and enable “Enable License Key Generator for this product/Variation” and then save – what happens is when I test purchase this subscription it does not:

1) send a license in the check out 2) generate a license in license manager 3) email a license 4) update the order status consistent with the settings page settings

I cannot tell if I have done anything wrong in setup because there is no documentation, however, when I try these same settings with a simple product it works as intended.

Can you please help?

Using this plugin means the client gets charged without any reminders for a renewal?

That is a huge oversight for this plugin. How will a 3rd party plugin work with dates and times based on an item purchased using this plugin. Could you suggest a plugin that could do this?

This add-on works in conjunction with both the WooCommerce License Manager and WooCommerce Subscriptions plugins, so you’ll need to have both installed for it to function correctly. It’s not a standalone plugin.

• WooCommerce License Manager is responsible for managing and assigning license keys.
• WooCommerce Subscriptions handles subscription management and adds subscription functionality to WooCommerce.

The Subscriptions Integration Add-on extends the WooCommerce License Manager, enabling it to assign and renew license keys for products that are sold on a subscription basis.

I’m very disappointed to learn that I’d need a $279/yr plugin to make this work like a subscription plugin. My advice would be to work on including the email reminders which looks like it’d make this a complete plugin along with the Licence manager plugin.

No, the subscriptions integration addon only supports WooCommerce Subscriptions by WooCommerce.

The Register Product addon can register license keys assigned to a subscription product. The license key will be assigned to the customer, and a zero-sum order will be created, but the addon won’t create a renewable subscription for the registered license key.
