Hi there, This error is for piracy protection, but unfortunately sometime customer changes server and gets this error. But we always keep this error in high priority to solve. Even we try to check this error out of duty time if we are awake. Hope you understand. Thanks!

I don’t quite understand your table logic. Why is it necessary to write the order number? Isn’t it enough to select the table and add products? When the waiter selects the table and adds the product, the customer should be able to make the payment by saying the table number when he comes to the cash register. In demo mode, I could not fully understand the working of the table structure.
Hi, May be something confused you, you dont need to put order number. When you place an order to a table you just put the person count and then click Add and submit. The order number will be auto generated. Thanks!

I installed the script using XAMPP on windows it got installed but once going to the URL to login it shows error 502 checked everything and could not see any issues so i removed all files and reinstalled it incase it was a missing file or something now we cant install as it says you have already installed this product

i have reviewed the demo and this are my concern: 1) when an order is created by a waiter, the cashier dont see the running orders , even after the kitchen has prepared the food. 2) real time updates, the super admin invoice an order collected its money, however the order is still active on waiters end. does the workflow from end to end work seamlessly when it involves alot of users? , thats is major concern
Hi there, It seems you are skipping two things when you are trying demo: 1. When you create a waiter you need to select Order Receiving Cashier from the dropdown in the same form. Then when that waiter will place order, that order will be appeared in that cashier’s running order. 2. It takes 20 secs to appear and disappear an order, so when you are trying anything with running order please wait for 20 seconds to appear or disappear it. And only the super admin can see all running orders of all users/cashiers, one cashier cant see another cashier’s order to prevent fraud. I hope you understand the flow now. Thanks!
