Updating a product is easier than rebuilding a product from zero. The update was left out because of time restriction but I guarantee you that we will finish the update this year.

it is very annoying I didn’t realize that only people who login my website can see posts. Visitors get 404 when they click on any post.
All this time I thought this was common sense logic that all visitors could open and read the post but cannot comment until they login. How do I disable session requirements for simply reading post?

That only happens if the post is unpublished. You will need to publish it.
The posts in admin panel clearly say “Published” Even in MySQL, there’s no “Published” column but the “Approved” field entry is “1” yet visitors get 404 until they create account and login. This is yet another bug that seems to have no solution.
Besides, I’m still grappling with why Audio and Video files cannot be uploaded. Only pictures are allowed yet your script presents a fake feature that videos and audio can be uploaded.
Did you create this script by yourself or you’re selling for someone else?

We coded the script ourselves and I assure you that you can upload videos and audios. The type is very important in the product. You cannot upload videos or audios if you choose the “picture” type. You can upload videos in the “video” type and same for audio type.
I can have a look at your website if you open a ticket at the https://gemp.me/help and provide me FTP info. Something is not setup correctly to experience these issues.

After implementing the above, everything seemed to work perfectly and I could click on all links and the pages would open. I just didn’t realize the pages were opening because I was logged in. I recently realized that people who didn’t login would get 404 if they clicked on a post. https://11odds.com In other words, if not login then visitor must use the old URL structure to access the file : i.e : website.com/view/post-title/post-ID.
In reference to the last part of your response

I suspect that the URL coding is different in the theme file but I just can’t find which file/s is/are responsible for this. Think and tell me ASAP. Thanks

The change online 2294 should have done the trick for most parts of the script however are you experiencing the issues on the homepage? Can you please open a ticket with a sample link so I point you to the correct direction? Right now it is hard to help out when not knowing what exactly is the issue.

Are you using in on mobile or small screen size? In that case it is normal for the sidebar to go down because the layout is responsive.

There seems to be a video thumbnail limit of 500kb and a profile thumbnail limit of 1M what file do I edit to make changes to that limit?

Those can be changed in the file includes/App.class.php line 942 (5001024 – change the 500) for video thumbnail and includes/User.class.php line 1236 (10001024 – change 1000) for profile image.

At the moment bulk upload is not implemented in the upcoming update mainly because videos are processed by FFMPEG but we may add it in the future

No you do not. The script only uses the API to import videos. It is not actively using the API.

This is different. It is because it is using an older framework and the new version is using a new framework and until it is not stable, we cannot release it with risk of breaking everything.
