Can the vendor or super admin disable the entry of some fields like email – and postcode in the checkout steps? or keeping it optional for the customers.

I have thoroughly tested the script, and it might be one of the best among other e-commerce SaaS solutions in the market. However, despite their overall quality, they all seem to follow the same logic. A significant drawback I’ve noticed is that none of these solutions truly targeting non-technical users. For instance, tenants should not be involved in SMTP configuration, this should be managed by the SaaS admin. If you can address this in the next update, I would be more than happy to invest in this script.
The tenants should be involved in SMTP configuration because the emails for orders, order status updates, and others should sent from tenants to their customers, not from the SaaS admin.

We used multi-database system because if something is wrong in one database then other vendors/tenant will be safe.

I have requested 4 months ago for pwa feature, in this saas script, and your reply was that you will add this to your roadmap, but I see that on your single ecommerce store script you have added PWA feature 07 Aug 2023, which is 1 year ago, I do not understand when you can give this feature to your single store script, why not to saas script, just you have to copy paste the code, This shows that intentionally you don’t want to give good features to your customers, which is hampering your sales, Pls provide good features so that your sales go high.
