Yes, you have to add css files to your WordPress (all files from styles directory except page.css). Here is a little tutorial: http://www.trixya.net/index.php/wordpress/how-to-add-custom-css-file-in-wordpress
Next you have to copy HTML content starting from: <!- CSS3 Data Grids -> down to <!- /CSS3 Data Grids -> and paste it to your post. You can use EmbedIt WordPress plugin.
You should notice that it is not really responsive. The column names in the css file???? After hours of work it was not helpful

I am building an electricity cost comparison website and need to be able to put rates from multiple suppliers in a table that is searchable by price, length of term, green energy, prepaid electricity, and supplier A-Z. Hello, yes you can put any content to table cell, image too.

It is possible anyway grids do not have such functionality built on at start. It is a solution to present data but the source of data must to be programmed independently.
