I hope you are doing good. I had activated your sotware in my PC the time I bought your software. Last month my PC motherboard crashed and I am now using a new Laptop.
The hard disk (SSD) in which I have installed your software is not formated yet and has all the data. I can’t boot from this hard disk because in this laptop has no option to boot from external drive. I want to know how I can activate your software in my laptop? The message during activation appears “Already authorized on another machine!”.
Is there any option to deactivate the license of your software from old hard disk? or Can you deactivate the license at your end?
Kindly guide how I can activate the license in this laptop.

I’ve tried just the ip address, ive tried the ip address and port. But they both fail. Im using Luna Proxy static IPs but they seem to have usernames and passwords..
