Why do I get no answer from support since 16.12.2023?

Purchased, and trying to implement in the fullscreen multibox with a custom button. Unfortunately it doesn’t function like the demo, when you move the mouse off of the menu it closes up, and it’s possible to be very glitchy there by moving the mouse off after the menu shows, and then moving it back on the button quickly. Opening a support ticket, but is anyone else running into this issue?

I discovered what the bug is here, and how to workaround it:
When you go for the Fullscreen Multibox layout, the admin interface option to select what triggers the menu to appear, MouseOver or Click, disappears from the interface. This is the problem, because by default the option is set to ‘Mouseover’. If you don’t change this, when the fullscreen menu shows, and you move your mouse off the viewport, the menu closes up. It can cause some really odd behaviour too if you do it quickly, where the menu partially opens and closes, background overlay isn’t showing, etc.
To workaround this, I had to change to ‘Skewed Panel’, select ‘Click’ for the button menu toggle option, and then switch back to ‘Fullscreen’. This fixed the functionality, the menu does not automatically close when you move the mouse off the window.
Hopefully this is something that can be fixed by the developers in the Admin interface afterwards, or ‘Fullscreen’ should default to ‘Click’ functionality only, and the menu should not close when you move the mouse away.

Hi, our Superfly menu keeps disappearing from our client site.
We are using LiteSpeed Server, with LiteSpeed Cache.
When we clear all cache, the menu re-appears and shows fine. Can you advise how to stop Superfly menu from disappearing when it is cached on the next cache refresh?
Can this be excluded from getting cached? Appreciate your prompt response please.

Hey, there seems to be a bug in the latest update: When I enable the button stickiness, the button floats and when disabled, the button stays fixed. So the option seems to be working the wrong way.
Did you already have a look at this?

Hello can your menu automatically add woocomerce category and subcategory when created in woocommerce ?
Hi, our plugin uses the default WP menu as a source for menu items. So if Woocommerce can add items automatically, the Superfly inherits them.

I have installed the plugin and set it up following the provided documentation. Everything works perfectly, except for the icons on the menu, which are not displaying properly. I have added icons from IconMoon, but the icon library is not showing in the WordPress backend main menu. Please respond as soon as possible. The site is still under development.
Does Superfly Menu work with anything above php 7.4?

Latest version has a bug where it won’t load the script outside of being logged into admin even when the test mode is disabled.
I hope the developer wasn’t van conscripted to the front line.

How we are able to disable menu transitions when they shows? It is not smooth transitions

In my opinion, a great plug-in. For anyone who likes vertical menus is very useful. However, the last update 1.5 years, probably more and more problems will be with the operation with time and WP updates. Too bad for this plugin.
Hey, We have been using this on our WP Avada site for a few years and now suddenly it is not showing on some mobile devices reported by our customers. I can also see when I shrink my desktop browser it is no longer visible. The odd thing is that when I view on my iPhone browser it is visible.
