Pre sales: Can we add downloadable digital products? If no can you provide customization support for that?

You can add digital products with no inventory – we dont support downloads yet.

Hello . today we have deactivated all purchased modules on our old webpage and installed perfex new on a new sub-domain. Perfex runs and from our purchased modules 3 are running only the shop modul doesn´t run and we always reveive message that the licenses is used on other side BUT BUT we have deactivated all modules and deleted them form old website???? What´s happen with shop modul? Doesn´t exits anymore?

As I already mentioned in my previous reply, you dont need an active support pack for this – just log into support area and reset your license.

Thanks a lot for your replies now I tried to login via ENVATO again into support system and NOW it was written Create new ticket. I clicked on it and then appears the same page as you mentioned as screenshot here. Thanks for your help…

Is there a product page that shows the details of the product and multiple images etc? I am not seeing it on the demo

There’s no single product page – but every product offers a unique URL link, which you can share and have it added to the cart automatically.

Can this product support multiple product/service images 2. can this module work with Saas service 3. Can this module work with page builder? 4. If customization is needed can this be done?

All third party modules can be included (as available) in Plan Management of our SaaS module.

Admins of the tenant installations that fall in the same plan, can activate them with the respective license key, making their functionality available to the whole installation.

Do you think that with personalization, it’s possible to display a store page so that customers can buy products without being customers and become customers by buying the product?

I mean, create an account when you buy the product, and avoid having to create an account, log in and buy, which is disruptive to the sale.

Our module inherits Invoice controller of Perfex, in order to generate invoices. This is a native limitation of Perfex CRM, you cannot be invoiced without an account.

Our module supports guest cart functionality – but during last step (checkout) you will need to log in.

I’m thinking of a future use on an app on the client side, are there any APIs available to display the store on the app and eventually make the payment too? Thanks

We dont include an API at the current version – due to low demand of this feature. However, this may be implemented in the future.

That would require a different view file (custom development) – it can be customized though.

also as is cant you just make it so that this module as is will be used from the front end .. we need to also have a screen for the kitchen so they can see orders as they are made

Hi, I have re installed the module but still when i have activated the Digital Products on the ClintView is still doesn’t allow client to just click “Add to Cart” but they need to set first the “1” to the Quantity.

Since is it Digital Product shouldn’t the Quantity input from client view to disappear?

On your Demo we have the same behavior.

If you logged in https://perfexshop.themesic.com/products/client and you will try to add a digital product to cart, like the “Linux SSD Web Hosting 01” you will get the same warning: Quantity Must Be Greater Than 0

Let me make with another way my question.

If the product is Digital, The Quantity Input shouldn’t be visible in the https://perfexshop.themesic.com/products/client since there is no quantity. Is there a way to fix this?

PS (Keep in mind that the “tick” No Qty (Digital Product) seems only visual since there is no functionality as the triger Quantity Must Be Greater Than 0)

I can not open a ticket as I will need to renew support for 40€, for something that should work. Can you elaborate on this please?

Digital Services are supposed to have zero shipping, not zero quantity, as someone can purchase two packs of “Linux SSD Web Hosting 01”

On the Checkout page you still have the quantity field, so there is no reason for your question. Client can modify the quantity from your checkout page before the finalize the order on the invoice checkout.

Hello! I purchased and installed your module. The products don’t have the currency support like the default “Items” that’s already built-in Perfex and there are some legal issues that raise from this lack of features. Let me explain: Eg: I use USD as base currency. I must have a field on each invoice with the total VAT (19%) value of the total amount expressed in RON (Romanian Lei). For an invoice with the total amount of $119, I have 19% VAT, which must be also expressed in my local currency BY VALUE, so the VAT of that invoice is $19, at the exchange rate USD – RON of 4.62 this means that on my invoice there must a field showing VAT = 87.78 Ron (19 * 4.62 = 87.78).

Also, I have this scenario where I have USD as base currency but I have a customer with RON currency so everything that be buy from me is expressed on the invoices in RON. When I create a product using your module, the price is expressed in USD. When the customer want to buy something, they add to the cart and go to checkout and generate the invoice. They don’t want to use Stripe or Paypal. They only pay by Bank and obviously they need to pay in RON, not in USD (and also they need the total VAT amount in RON.

Beside this, starting from January 1st, customers will only pay the invoices received by e-Factura. Any PDF sent on email is useless now and doesn’t have any value at all.

So, Please tell me how can I manage this currency issue using your module.

PS: Also, as other buyers requested before me: We need short description and also long description. Currently 200 characters max for description is too short. There must be short description with 200 characters like now, and also a button to open a product in full view and read the full description. Also for the full description there must be a text editor. It’s hard to sell a digital product by writing 200 characters about it and expect customers to purchase.

Good morning, please, I appreciate my license being released. I’m going to proceed with upgrading our domain to a new one, along with a fresh installation.

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.

Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.

You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

can you add a membership program or functionality?

There are bugs with most recent Perfex. I created products and then when I edit them they duplicate over and over and I can’t even delete them.

There are no bugs – our item works just fine with the last version of Perfex CRM.

Please open up a support ticket in order to receive help at the issue you are locally facing.

After login I go to products, I add something and then when I click check out it redirects me to login. That’s a bug. Then I added 2 variations and when I select the product and then select a variation it still add the item at the product price, not the variation price. I say that’s a bug since the variation has a different price it should add the variation, not the product price.

How to add product desription? Is it possible to work around, for example, make page and embed the product-cart under it? So user can read the description and click at the bottom of the page?

Was in at your demo. Added a test sweater. But the “buyer” can not select color and a size (like Yellow and 2XL).

We currently support single variations in frontend mode.
