I still don’t see an email. We did a plugin conflict test and essentially with Avatax running to calculate taxes this tax plugin does not overide to make it no tax. Can you email me at pitchpublications at gmail dot com? I’d love to work this out. My client has an active support period as she bought the plugin last week. I have emailed all emails I could find and submitted a ticket but am not seeing a reply.

Since the last update, if you have activated the VAT exemption, when you open an order manually it is impossible to add taxes to it. I don’t like this option

While trying to fix the issue on why the plugin is not working. Our website development team found that the Tax-Exempt Plugin is not compatible with the PHP Version 8. I have sent the screenshots of the code and what our development team has found.
The server is now running at PHP version 8 which is strict in implementing functions which have missing parameters. The WooCommerce Tax Exempt plugin version 1.1.0 is using a built-in PHP function rand() which has only 1 parameter passed. This function is expected to have 2 parameters or none at all but not one only. For example, rand() or rand(0,3); which is causing fatal errors when we upload documents.

So… let me get this straight… A) I check your sales blurb, which doesn’t clearly state that what i wanted wan’t available. b) I give this plugin a go, handing you the money for it c) but on finding that the capability isn’t there for what I would have thought was an obvious feature of it, I don’t get a refund?
You can see my account that I only buy plugins I need, I don’t waste people’s time usually with refunds or anything, and I’m not scamming you or anyone else. So, what gives? Are you seriously going to balk at a refund because I bought something from you and found out it doesn’t actually do anything of what i expected it to?

I have used the refund process as expected.
So what this is teaching me is that maybe I should instead use GPL sites to try to find these plugins so that if they aren’t what is being promoted or the feature I expect to be in them isn’t there, the downside is a lot less?
