Hi, if plugins are purchased for Perfex e.g. inventory, do these also become available for Tenants on the SAAS area? Will they also see the extra modules available if I have them installed?
You can include them in the Plan Management and they will be ready for activation under your tenant installations.
If their vendors require a unique license for each tenant, you will need one.

A vendor of a module is the author of it.
According to marketplace’s policy, a single license can only be used in one instance.
Hi, have a couple of pre sales questions:
1. Do I requite my existing original installation of Perfex to use this or can i install separately onto a new domain?
2. Does this script/module come with the frontend page with pricing packages as shown on your demo? So it can be promoted and shared for company sign ups?

A top level domain installation will be needed for it, and its suggested. You can either work with existing ones, or new Perfex CRM installations.
It comes with a Page Builder for the landing page.

After the update: Require Tenant email verfication is disabled. however it requires it everytime (please solve it ASAP its urgent) we need to create accounts to new customers from our side.

Functions beyond this step are related to the licensing way every vendor uses, so its better to contact them directly, mentioning your use-case and confirming.

What I mean is if I have a company and I have branches, then am I (as the owner of the main company) able to view all project reports being worked on by my branch offices?

Please work on a solution to get rid of subdomains requirements so you allow tenants to be domain.com/tenants/user1 etc.. It’s making things very difficult for most people interested to buy your product. Setting up wildcard domain puts a lot people off and adds a new yearly costs which can be avoided. thank you for consideration

Why the price is too high? We should pay $4289 to be able to charge our customers? in your description is written this:
“Extended License SELECTED $4289 Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users can be charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.”
The pricing policy of our extended license is an internal business decision that we cannot disclose infromation about here, as its sales here.
But running a SaaS business is supposed to provide earnings through our product, so we storngly suggest that you give this another look, this time as an investment for your potential SaaS start.
I am interested in this Perfex SaaS Module, However, is it possible to use this with an admin portal mobile app? So that the sub accounts are able to manage their DB within the app? If this is possible, I would love assistance to roll this out.
Thats possible – however, as every custom request, custom development would be needed.
We strongly suggest that you brainstorm needed changes with the app developer first, as we are only able to support you for the factor state functionality of our module and not for the potential customized cases.
Presale question- my perfex is on shared hosting, but what i can find that this module requires root mysql access, then how it is supposed to work on shared hosting as those don’t have root access?
You dont need root access in files – you need root MySQL access. Some hosts may allow this – just check this with your host.
Mine is on hostinger. I don’t think hostinger allows it.
You can either ask them or upgrade to a dedicated solution (VPS or related).

We dont have two SaaS modules, we have one SaaS module and a SaaS bundle that includes that, along with other modules that will help you start a SaaS business.

That depends on your needs. SaaS module alone is enough to start a SaaS business using Perfex CRM, but bundle offers more modules in a really competitive price.

Let me clear this once for all. If i were to charge my client, do i only need regular license of Saas module (your module) but need an extended license for PerfexCRM only?. I notice that your saas extended license is so expensive. But other Saas module require extended for their Saas license.
You need a regular license of our module – and you are supposed to have an extended one of the CRM.
