Hello, I am willing to purchase this plugin but I need to know if I can remove the restrictions for the plans, meaning I don’t want to restrict user to creating a limited number of invoices or payments, etc. Can it be open to unlimited invoices, customers, payments, etc …??
Setting restrictions to “-1” will end up in unlimited usage.

Since I have Perfex installed and am looking to purchase this would this integrate with my current installation like a module or will I need to create a completely new installation, likely under a different domain name? 2. I’m confused on the license: Why would I purchase a regular license if I wasn’t interested in charging users to buy a plan? If I buy a regular license it should be understood that I plan to charge users without having to buy an extended license. What am I misunderstanding about this process? 3. You can also work with existing installations – just ensure that your installation meets the requirements of the module, as seen in the requirements page.
A regular license is enough for our module.
cPanel is supported for automated installations. You can use it in Plesk setups, in other panels and in nude OS aswell, by following the manual installation method (vhost + MySQL + WildCard SSL).
You need a top level root domain for the SuperAdmin installation. Subdomains are reserved for the tenants.
Getting an error: Access denied; you need (at least one of) the CREATE USER privilege(s) for this operation. This can’t be related to MySQL as permissions were set on the account used to create the database. Is this a Perfex requirement? If so I don’t see anything in the documentation. Any assistance is appreciated.

Now that I have this installed I’m confused on the Tenant process. Am I installing versions of Perfex into my existing environment? Meaning, will each tenant DB reside on my server consuming resources or will I have the ability to install to servers on their hosting? As a hosting reseller I got the impression I’d be able to set up their new hosting and then connect and configure their tenancy. Any responses appreciated.

In other words, why would I need root access, Create User privileges, to MySQL? I use Plesk in my hosting, and so would the hosting accounts that I configure for the tenant. Apologies in advance.

My last response was that I’m unable to use the SaaS product of the bundle I purchased due to platform restrictions. ie, not being able to secure the root access needed to create tenants. I asked what options do I have as it relates to this specific product.

Hello themesic. I think with the latest version there is a bug. New install and I notice that there is an issue after associating the tenant contact to a plan. The “SaaS Tenant” linked page is blank and looks like it’s not applying the plan to the tenant even though it was saved. After save, on the contact profile page, if you click on “Saas Tenant” within the contact it is blank or empty page. I noticed the same thing in your super admin demo. Please take a look as right now the tenant url and associated saved plan is not applying or mapping correctly.

If you have purchase an extended license for a module of our team, that will work in every subdomain (tenant installation).
We cant comment on other vendors solutions (modules) as we are not aware of the licensing sysetm they do use for their modules.

Yes, SaaS module allows you to activate every module.

Hi, I’m testing this module, I created myself as a tenant and the system doesn’t allow me to login with the subdomain, the only way i could login is accessing from the admin saas panel. I would like to know if there are something I must do for activate the access using the subdomain or if it is a system error?
I made some test, I noticed that when I access from the admin saas panel to my subdomain, the system add /admin/ to the url, but if I try to access directly using the subdomain show the error I already mention above (invalid username or password)... That can be fixed before buying this module or is something that is missing in order to activate the tenant?
You need to enable wildcard dns for the addon domains – our demo doesnt offer that, its simply a functionality demo.

I understand that this module will work with third party modules. But my question is, would all tenants/companies need to get the licenses for the third party modules such as HR, Inventory, etc? Means, we they also need their own activation code for each module?

But the licensing question depends from the third party module vendor and its policy. Thus said, Its better to raise a question at those module’s vendor.

The automatic cPanel Installation reflects to the automatic provisioning of new tenant installations.

No – you can use the root user’s MySQL way. Just ensure that you are meeting the requirements and you have configured your vhost/wildcard SSL properly.
