Hello, I have been using the backend for years.

I have always had the problem when making reservations of having to select the product and then the date, and I would like it to be to select the date and then add products, since it is common to have to add more than 30 products.

Can this small change be made? Extra Product plugin resources or categories lock inventory.

I would like to know how I can make reservations more quickly.

Have been using RNB for years without an issue but it has now become unusable due to how slow the hire/rental cost takes to calculate or just doesn’t calculate at all and times out.

Increasing server resources has done nothing. It was never like this in the past but has been getting slower and now failing.

The website has not had any significant changes apart from framework and plugin updates.

I hope that there is a fix in pipeline for this. This was a well integrated WooCommerce add-on but is now driving customers away when they have to wait 30+ seconds for a cost to calculate for checkout or failing entirely.

Hi, The plugin is not working properly, but I dont want to buy a new license because of this so please help. At the Daily Basis Opening & Closing Time I have set for Tuesday 7:00-17:00 but its still showing other times as well.. And also there is no option to set closed for Sunday and Saturday.

When renting an electric screwdriver, if I increase the number of electric screwdrivers in the category and rent additional electric screwdriver blades, the cost of the electric screwdriver blades will be calculated at the same time.

Is it possible to calculate the rental quantity of electric screwdrivers and the quantity of screwdriver blades separately so that they add up to the final total?

The change quantity form only comes up when selecting a date, is there an admin menu to enable it by default? Or do I need to modify the code?

Hello, I bought the plugin and also the RnB Backend Booking (Add-ons). When a non registered user needs to extend the order how can I do this from the backend? In my business most of the changes are done by us. So how can we make it work on the backend, it seems to not be working there. I bought it one year ago and no way to make it work for extension from the backend yet. Thanks

Hi, I am kind of disappointed with this plugin as it’s all geared towards renting out vehicles. When I bought it, I thought it would be generalized to begin with so I could set up what ever I wanted to rent out but it turns out it has quite a steep learning curve, nothing is straight forward and like I said, all geared toward renting vehicles. I bought this to use it for renting out houses and camping area, with some amenities. Also, the tutorial videos are also all geared toward vehicle renting, doesn’t show anything on how to create house rentals or anything else. The inventory is literally just for vehicle renting, no option to add housing or anything else. This plugin is by far easy to set up and I am very close to ask for a refund as this isn’t what it was advertised for. What you advertise on your website and even have a demo for is not at all what you can do with this plugin. This is very complicated to say the least.

Hello, I ahve already purchased thi plugin. Now my requirement is: - Developing a sports website where customer is able to book courts. There are time slots available(1 hour slots). As soon as he selects the sports, court selection > time> duration should be selected. And only available time slots should come up. Is this possible or I need an add on for this?
