Seller told me this plugin won’t work for my specific project, then refused to issue a refund.
This is bad business.
Should not be tolerated or allowed.
It’s basically theft.
The reason I refuse the refund is the way you treated this transactions.
You bought a video payer UVP without doing much of research or contacting the authors to ask what you needed, asked a refund a few minutes later which I approved, and then bought a different video player, you saw that is not working as you wanted, and ask for a refund again…
I could buy the entire CodeCanyon plugins this way… “I just bought your plugin but it does not do this…. please refund…” ” Don’t forget that you still have access to the plugin that you have bought even if it is refunded.
I can’t approve this refund because it does not feel right and also I am worried that I might get in trouble with Envato approving refunds in this manner, so I have asked you politely to contact Envato staff so that they can solve this for both of us.

Yeah, I don’t want access to the plugin. I can’t use it since you said it doesn’t do what we need it to. Simple refund is all it takes. Been here for over 10 years, just like you, so it’s not like I’m a new user just looking to take a plugin for free. I actually need a solution and yours didn’t solve it. We shouldn’t be arguing about this when a refund is what fixes it. You told me to buy your other plugin when your first one didn’t work, Now your second one doesn’t do the job either, so come on, man, you know this is silly.
My decision is final, I am selling here for more than 14 years and I saw a few accouts literally completely delete for less than this so I can’t risk this, Envato will solve this in a few days…

Aboit he error please make sure that you install the plugin from the main .zip file that you downloaded so the plugin is in zip-from-envato.zip->fwdevp.zip .

This plugin doesn’t allow us to set a default ad. It makes you add the ad codes every time you do a video, which is time consuming when you do a lot of posts each day. I asked for a refund, since it doesn’t have our desired feature. You said to go through Envato for it, so I sent that in. You should just approve the refund on your own since you’ve confirmed it doesn’t have the feature we need.

I did contact them. I shouldn’t have to though. If you tell a customer that your product doesn’t include the feature they need, then you should offer a refund. I can’t use this plugin for anything. I need to be able identify playback other than by the url, the url is a stream url and wouldn’t be unique and is used multiple times but the page title will always be unique and likely the best way to identify the video.

I am utilizing FWDEVPlayer on my WordPress site, integrating both local videos hosted and VAST ads. I’ve hit a roadblock in distinguishing when a VAST ad is playing versus when the actual local video starts playing.
Even when a VAST ad is playing, using getVideoSource() returns the source of the local video. My requirement is to fire a specific JavaScript function only when the actual local video starts playing, not during the preroll ad. Could you please guide me on how I can achieve this distinction and trigger the JS accurately?

I need to track actions such as play, pause, stop, but only for the video content, not the ads. Currently, these events are firing when the preroll ad starts as well, not just when my actual video begins playing.
