Hello

I want to use my Mollie add on for ideal payment, but when I tap mollie on te payment page. It says the follow error: Payment platform for this payment method temporarily not available

Please help me to fix this since I have paid for this product/service

Hi We have Been Charged for this service but mollie refuse to accept our business i would like a full refund as i am not receiving the service. we have contacted envato and mollie also and they have both said the refund is from yourselves.

can you please help with matter as i dont feel it is acceptable to charge and refuse refunds on a service that we cannot use

Hi, The text for customers while they checkout is: ’’check out with Mollie’’. Also the logo of Mollie appears. Why can’t we change that? Dutch customers don’t know what Mollie is, they use the payment option iDeal which is provided by Mollie.

The text “I will pay now with Mollie” can be edited in the appearance menu. The mentioned image can changed with a different image here: wp-content/plugins/bookly-addon-mollie/frontend/resources/images/mollie.png (this change will be lost after an update).

Hey. I just bought it but v3.0 is downloaded while Bookly changelog says only v3.1 is compatible with Pro 5. So Bookly does not appear in the payments list.

Ik heb de add on Mollie gekocht voor Bookly. Ik wil hiervan graag de optie IDEAL gebruiken. Ik krijg bij Bookly > Instellingen > Betalingen, alleen niet de optie IDEAL te zien. Ik zie alleen een rode button waar Mollie staat. Hoe krijg ik de IDEAL knop hier er bij?

Does this add-on also support refunding cancelled appointments ?

I’m afraid refunds at this time need to be manually done in the payment gateway dashboard. Bookly currently doesn’t trigger or process refunds yet.

Hello

Getting an issue. After making payment with mollie in step 4, mollie payment redirects to bookly form step 1 and skips step 5 of the form. Due to which customer is not getting the confirmation mail regarding his booking.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hello,

I have already sent the mail with wp dashboard access credentials, it’s been more than 3 days, but didn’t get any revert.

As I already asked for solution that after mollie payment, it bookly skips the step 5 and returns to step 1. Due to which user is not getting confirmation mail.

Can someone help me ??

What about the currency – according to the documentation, Mollie does support a kind of “multicurrency” by converting the amounts for non-Euro currencies. Please check this article from their documentation: https://docs.mollie.com/payments/multicurrency#:~:text=Mollie%20offers%20payments%20in%20non,take%20care%20of%20the%20conversion. I still can’t use CHF. I talked to Mollie support which says that it could be related to the V1 API which does not accept multi-currency while API V2 features this possibility. Could you please inform us if Mollie Add-on use the V2 API?

Do you mean Mollie is available in WooCommerce? Yes, you can use payment gateways which are supported by WooCommerce. But if you don’t want to set up WooCommerce integration, you need to have Bookly Mollie add-on to use this payment gateway.

Hî We have your mollie plugin and stopped to work with it. When customers pay a deposit or a full amount through mollie, what we see in mollie dashboard is just the amount paid, no name, no email of customer, no name of serviced booked neither date of payment. In bookly pro we can not find which customer did pay deposit or full amount through mollie and can not match the payments with the appointments. That is why we bought stripe add on and using it, but there payment with Bancontact is missing. To switch back to mollie, can you let us know how to find customers who paid through mollie and match their payment and appointments. In your plugin page there is not any explanation about this. This can be also helpful for your other customers. Thank you

Hi there, I am currently using booked pro in combination with Bookly Deposit Payments Bookly Group booking Bookly Mollie – only Paypal option on.

Customers book and pay a € 25 deposit via Paypal. Once a booking has been made they have the option of cancelling their booking using the link in the email.

My question is: What happens to their deposit? Does Bookly Mollie automatically organise a refund? Or?

At this time, refunds should be done manually in the payment gateway. So you need to login to your payment gateway account and refund the corresponding payment for the canceled appointment.
