I am following it up but form me i will only buy it when you finally add automatic recurring subscription/ invoices where by the system automatically generates monthly invoices when the paid period expires and also automatic late fees after a certain number of days
The property owner should be able to set up tenants accounts and forget but only monitors on the system the invoices generated , invoices paid, unpaid invoices, late fees added. Things like that
Kindly consider making your script be more user-friendly to user by making it possible to automate those issues raised above.

Kindly help to work on enabling recurring invoices or recurring billing such that property owner is able to set and forget about generating invoices manually every month. When the feature is added, a tenant will be added on a payment plan of monthly or yearly and the system keep on generating invoices monthly or yearly.
And also consider adding the automatic adding of late fees on invoices once tenant failed to pay for an invoice in a certain date
