Some problems with this script.. It does not work properly with RTL and Arabic language 1- It does not accept Arabic letters and it appears that the character type is not supported 2- It is not optionally selected for the default RTL location 3- There is no explanation of how to translate the language or add a language and translate it

1- Option see currently available units/properties? – This seems not there! i think it is among the most important aspects of managing properties.
2- Tenant login – See their invoices, profile, etc..
3- Payment gateway integration for rent and other services payments by tenants?
4- Contracts/Lease management – generate and upload electronic contracts and manage the leases and their end dates?
5- Document Management for
i – Tenant Docs
ii – Property/unit docs
6- Multi-languages? with RTL option?
7- maintenance module: add maintenance requests for units/properties and track progress. Also attach docs and issue invoices for paid completed jobs.
8- Notice board: send notices/announcements to tenants and staff.
