I just purchased the WooCommerce Donation Or Tip On Cart And Checkout plugin.

I have enabled it in the backend, but it doesn’t show up. I chose to have it show up on both the cart and checkout screen. Changed the options in several places but it won’t show up.

Hello, when I activate the tip plugin it sends an error to my website with the following message “There has been a critical error on this website.”

I can get tax tips to work. My site is using the kadence theme.

it shows the tip amount without asking how much. There are no options to pick a tip. Basically there is nothing other than tip amount on the checkout page

Hi there, Does this plugin support WooCommerce 8x? It stopped working for us some time ago, but it’s been working great on previous Woo versions. Haven’t found anything comparable on the WooCommerce.com site – your plugin was just very customizable (e.g. positions).

Would gladly purchase again if you intend to keep supporting it through Woo 8x/9x.

Hello, I found an issue when using the plugin with WooCommerce Subscriptions. If the user renews their subscription from their account and adds a donation in the checkout, the donation does not reflect in the total price. If you then try to remove the donation, it does not work. The donation field continues to show the amount entered. I have to go back to cart and remove it there.

Hello, can you add a ’$’ next to the Donation Amount Box, like you have % next to the box when it’s a percentage amount. We’re finding that since there is no $, some users are entering their amount with a dollar sign, like ”$10” instead of “10” and this is causing the donation to fail.

Hi. Is there a way to select the both $ and % option but show one or the other based on the cart total? So anything under XX would show the $ amounts and anything above XX would show the % options.

We are looking to purchase this plugin for a client, and just have two functionality questions before we do.

How exactly is the revenue reported in woocommerce? Is the additional donation shown on the order entry in the woocommerce backend or is there a separate place this revenue is shown? We are hoping that it is reflected in Woocommerce’s own reports, not somewhere else.

Also, is there a way to only show the additional donation fields when certain products are in the cart?

2.) How do I make this feature required, where the customer HAS to apply gratuity before they can checkout? Or how can I set an automatic 20% to be automatically applied to the bill at checkout?

Hi, Woocommerce in version 7.3.0, WordPress 6.1.1. The plugin just installed and configured does not display anything, neither in the basket page nor in the checkout page. I have tried all possible locations, but nothing is showing up.
