I just renewed my support license for this plugin. But it says, on your site, that I don’t have any active support license?? So I can’t submit any tickets.
Im about to update the plugin – but I’ve spend multiple hours figuringin out how. The Auto update key won’t work. So I renewed the license, because I thought this was needed, to get the latest update. Didn’t work.
Now I can’t event contact you through your ticket system, but I did extend the support license?

If we change the rate from BDT to USD, it reverts back to the previous rate after some time. I tried deleting/uninstalling/reconfiguring the plugin. The problem is not solved in any way

I would like to buy your plugin, but a few presale questions.
I am using WooCommerce and I am only selling in Turkey. My client wants to add the prices in US dollar on the backend and show in Turkish Lira on the front end. The payment gateway only accepts Turkish Lira too. I am not sure if it will work with your plugin as checkout currency is a pro feature.
Will your plugin work for this set up? Also, is there a refund option? As you say try premium version in the dashboard. How does trial work? I am already using free version, but in some browsers, I still see the prices in dollar. I am using Redis Cache and WP Fastest Cache.

I’m using the Xstore Theme on the website I manage, and they recommended your developed plugin for multi-currency use. I’m satisfied with the plugin and its capabilities; however, I’ve encountered a problem that prevents its installation in a live environment for now. The issue is as follows: When I select the HUF currency, the shop prices appear correctly, even in the cart (ajax), but when I go to the Woocommerce CART endpoint or the Checkout, the currency reverts to EUR. The essence of using the plugin is to properly handle the selected currency within the Xstore template we’re using. This is currently not functioning! We need to resolve this, and I kindly ask for your assistance in this matter!

hello i need to know if at checkout i can receive orders in different currencies like usd kr but my main currency is euro… even if the order is placed and paid in other currencies (stripe, paypal) is it possible to show on my backend admin orders all in euro ? obviously at the currency rate of the day when the order was placed? is there a configuration to achieve that? thanks

1. Yes, it is possible to set euro as the default currency and allow checking out in other currencies like usd kr.
However, I am not sure if you want to display other currencies but only check out in euro at the checkout. Let’s clarify your meaning.
2. In the backend, orders will reflect the paid currency placed at the checkout. However, you can manually switch currencies for each order via Backend > Order editing page > Order action > Change currencies. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to apply this change automatically to all orders.
3. The rate will be based on the exchange rate at the checkout time when the order was initially placed. The rate information is also recorded in the order editing page > https://prnt.sc/DPstMJu05AN9

I want to know if this plugin allows me to have 2 pages set with two different currencies.
Example. I have a website that caters to US and UK and I created two similar pages with a product list section on each. I want the US page to default to USD currency all the time and I want the UK store to default to GBP current.
Both pages have a ‘Visit store’ link. Is it possible to have the store show USD if the ‘Visit store’ is clicked on the US page and GBP if ‘Visit store’ is clicked from the UK page?

hi regarding wp rocket implementation on your link i not find useful suggestions… as wp rocket said where there is curcy active foundamentally on the pages must be deactivated caching… so pratically is useless… or i do something worng? i try many setup but i not find the way to make it works with cache plugins. also using query string ?wmc-currency seems the pages are so solow to load other than curcy deactivated

Example : I set the default price at 35.00$ CAD in Woocommerce, but the default price is displayed at 35.25$ CAD (or other amounts sometimes higher) when I load the website. Sorry for my mistake. The problem gets fixed by either deactivating your currency or the tiered pricing plugin i am using. I realized it happens when I have a tiered pricing I changed the tired pricing plugin and the problem still happens with your plugin.

to
https://woocommerce.com/products/tiered-pricing-table-for-woocommerce/but still the prices double. It seems I can no longer use your plugin with a tired pricing system.
