Hi Pickbazar is a standalone laravel application. As you already have a laravel application, so if you wan to integrate it with pickbazar then you will need to do additional customization.

1) do you have the option to rather than add to cart, enter quantity or using a button with plus and minus? (we sell in multiple quantities and we rather the customer enter there amount than keep clicking add to cart) i see you have to click add to shopping cart forst then quantity comes up can this be changed to other wayround
2) in order to upload products in the back-end are we able to upload via a custom csv? i have over 10,000 products that are a mix of multiple variations

Do we have the option to update inventory in bulk and import and export items in bulk? Updating the inventory items every day would be impossible, and importing 500 items would take 6 months. Do we have that option?

Hi! Great script! I have a few questions before I purchase 
1. How does the payment system work? If I am the owner of this multi vendor website. Do I as the admin add the payment methods? Or do vendors need to add their payments methods as well? I am just wondering how a vendor will get their money after a sale.
2. Is there a built-in help section for vendors so they can learn how things work? If not, does it have a place to add video tutorials to help new vendors out?
3. What options does the script have for tracking an order once an item sells? Does the customer have an option to see updates on tracking information? DO they get e-mails or just check when logged in to the multi vendor marketplace?
4. What options are available for shipping an item when a vendor sells something? Also, can a vendor easily create, order, and print a shipping label from their dashboard after selling an item?
5. If I have for example, 20 vendors selling t-shirts, and someone goes into the t-shirt category to browse all the t-shirts…. in what order and how does it decide what vendor shirts or what items are shown first, and which are shown last? How does this work?
6. Do you have a built in ad system, similar to Etsy where vendors can pay some money and have their items shown in the search results towards the top so more people see their items for sale?
7. Would I be able to disable certain payment methods? I will only have vendors from the United States if I purchase the script. So a lot of payment methods are uesless and I would like to not show them.
8. Can we create multi categories for products? How many tiers (subcategories) ?
9. Can vendors create variants for products? Example: If someone is selling a sticker and they have different sizes to sell, and different colors. Can they add multiple variants for their products to give different options and prices for their products. Also, can a vendor upload a set picture when adding a set variant options for their product?
10. Can we sell digital download products?
11. How are taxes calculated? I will only have UNITED STATES vendors and I am wondering if THE ADMIN (ME) would have the option to add taxes based on each state in the United States? Or how does it work? Does the vendor enter an amount they charge for tax or?

Hi 1. Owner of the website is a Super Admin. Super-admin add the payment methods, vendor won’t. During payment of any order, customer pay the amount, and it will distributed based on super-admin commission, tax, shipping & vendor income. 2. his feature option is currently under development. For right now, vendor can contact with super-admin directly via email & contact form about the details of any business deal. 3. Yes, there is a tracking_number to track down a current order status. After every order situation change Vendor & Super-admin can update the order status. There are option to send email on status change. Customer can get both email & check via logged in the application. 4. Shipping is currently handled via super-admin himself. Currently there is now feature about shipping label management. 5. Product will show on date order by default, there are no option to set priority wise vendor & their product order. 6. Sorry, this ads feature is not available. 7. Yes, you can select and enable only your desired payment method for shop end according to your business location and payment plan. 8. Yes, parent-child level category can be managed. For more details please visit our dashboard demo site. You can create and check the data. 9. Yes, vendor can add their own variation & they can upload pictures on each product variation option. For more details please visit our dashboard demo site. You can create and check the data. 10. Yes, digital downloadable product is available. 11. Currently tax option can create & set from the Super-admin end. Then that exact tax class will be available throughout the site. As per your requirement individual tax classes based on state is not available currently.

4. Two main things missing as per our first review: 4a. As all pin code is not serviceable in a country, Pin code based shipping is necessary. 4b. CCAvenue payment gateway is also popular like Razorpay, please add that.
Hi 1. we tried to cover as much generic eCommerce features as we could. Whatever features we have shown are available in our script 2. yes 3. we do not recommend managed servers. You can purchase any $5 – $10/mo server from amazon lightsail or digitalocean or any ubuntu server. 4. Thank you for your suggestion. We will look into the possibtliy of adding such features in our future updates.

Frontend:
1. Product page open as pop up. 2. Bad search engine. 3. No category filter
As in the DEMO, there maybe multiple things are disable, we can’t sure about these missing things, please share your comments.

Hi Thank you for your concern, at present we do not plan to add anymore for SEO. However we will look to add these features in our future udpates.

We want to modify the export functionality; currently, it doesn’t export with product id. How can we find the endpoint we need to change in the package/maravel file? We’ve tried modifying it there, but it doesn’t seem to work. Where else can we find it? (in backend)

Tested again and found the below defects
1. Vendor count is incorrect in admin dashboard. After adding 1 vendor, vendor count shows 2
2. Inventory count is not changed after successful purchase of product
3. Download Invoice button logouts the shop owner (working fine for admin)
4. When group dropdown has only 1 group, there is empty space for additional groups in the dropdown
5. Event settings tab in admin is not triggering any notification, SMS or email for any of the users (admin, owner and customer)
6. Contact number of customer is not saved during checkout
These are defects and not issues that are specific to my purchase
Hi 1. super-admin itself has a vendor role… so there is always 1 vendor in the ecosystem. After adding new vendor the count was increased as expected 2.This is not a defect. You need to run events in your app. Please follow this documentation https://pickbazar-doc.vercel.app/api-command#event-run 3.We have noticed this issue. We will provide fix in the next update. There is a CSS issue. We will provide fix in the next update. 4.SMS and Email related .env variables need to be configured first. Then event queue should be run properly on your server, or queue_connection need to be set as sync in .env file for run those operations. 5.We have checked this in our test site. It’s working fine. 6.If you have enabled Use OTP at checkout settings from super-admin, then you need to configure Twilio or MessageBird service first properly. Then the customer contact number saving options will work as expected.

Hi Our item is a generic ecommerce script and for most e-commerce platforms having fraction prices are must so we have kept the fraction option. If you want to remove the fractions then you will need to customize it according to your need.

The group drop down defaults back to ‘Grocery’ when the user navigates to specific product page
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on Makeup from group down (https://pickbazar.redq.io/makeup)
2. Click on any of the products in the list (https://pickbazar.redq.io/products/smashbox-the-cali-contour-palette)
3. Group drop down is defaulted to ‘Grocery’
Also, when turning on maintenance mode. It throws “TypeError: elm.focus is not a function” error
And as learner_b user commented, the changes in event settings are not reflected. No emails or SMS has been triggered to the customer, but the registration email and OTP for order is successfully received.
And Email Event Setting has description as “Set This to Send SMS on Selected Event” instead of “Set This to Send Email on Selected Event”

Hello, the API successfully sends emails for verification and password reset, but it doesn’t send any notifications for orders, messages, or notices. Store owner cannot reply the questions. Customer refunds are initiated in the development mode, but this process does not occur in the production mode. (live in server) The prices of the products which has variant may appear differently in the listing on admin side. I have almost completed my website, but will I pay a support renewal fee as much as the theme fee for the answers to these questions?

Have already reported this issue before. The shop dropdown is not automatically collapsed after selecting a shop.
Eg: Select Makeup shop and then select Bags shop, the dropdown should automatically hide, but its not
