Plugin can sync with any OTA that supports iCal. We recommend checking the specific OTA’s documentation to confirm iCal support. We do not have a compiled list of such OTAs at this time. You can use built-in analytics or export data to analyze it in your preferred way. Tracking most visited pages is a common function of Google Analytics.

Yes of course. By default we know that the check-in/out dates must be reserved in the calendar. Right? Right. But at the same time the departure of the guest of a rental ( the check-out time ) is usually happening until 2-3 pm of the day. That means that the rental is available for the night for a new guest to stay.That makes sense, I suppose. But if the checkout date is reserved in the calendar, the customer can not book that date. So, I was wondering, if is a feature like this available in your plugin – like an option for the site admin – to let the checkout date ( or check-in ) available for booking. I have heard that Booking.com and Airbnb have such feature.Thanks
Okay, the check-out date is available for check-in. It works out of the box without any additional configuration. You’ll see this if you check out our demo or create your personal sandbox account. In the availability calendar, the check-out date is half-filled to indicate it can be selected for check-in.

I have 3 needs: 1) sell 10 daily beds with various price ranges (I don’t need them rooms) 2) I have 5 daily camper sites to see. 3) I have 1 workstation to be divided into 12 2-hour appointments in a single day (e.g. from 9-11, 11-13, 13-15, 15-17, 17-19 etc.).

2. When you have your own site with booking option you do not need to share income with booking platforms. While booking platforms may help you find new guests. So iCal synchronizations allows you to import and export bookings between your site, airbnb, booking.com, etc. Thus you may sync calendars between platforms and prevent double booking of the same property on the same dates on different platforms.

You can find reports under Bookings > Reports. Additionally, you have the option to export data in CSV format, which includes the requested information, from Bookings > Reports > Export. Subsequently, you can open this data in Google Sheets for analysis.

You can add a booking rule to block accommodation at Bookings > Booking Rules > Block Accommodation. Or you can add a booking manually as an admin via Bookings > Add Booking.

I hope this message finds you well. I have been exploring right plugins before making a purchase, and I’m hoping you can assist me with a few questions below:
1) Our Ski Lodge aims to implement a single Booking System/Calendar, with separate access for Members (requiring login) and the public (without login). Is this achievable?
2) The Lodge desires bookings to open for members two months in advance of public access. For instance, member bookings open on 1st March, while non-member bookings open on 1st May. Is this possible?
3) The Lodge also wants the flexibility for guests to book either an entire room or individual beds (similar to a hostel setup). Additionally, is it possible to set a minimum booking requirement of 2 people for selected rooms?
4) Regarding payments, for member bookings made between 1st March and 30th April with an option to pay later, is it possible to set a deadline for the balance payment by 1st May? For non-members, could there be a maximum 7-day payment period?
5) How can the system be structured to manage credit nights for members? Ideally, members should be able to view their credit balance upon signing in, and is there an administrative interface for booking managers to access and manage this?
6) Lastly, is it possible to incorporate off-peak, low-peak, and peak pricing for each month into the system?

1) This is achievable via default WordPress functionality. You may create password-protected pages and include the booking form and calendar for accommodation with special price for Members
2) You may set up special availability for the accommodation included to the password-protected page available for Members only
3) This is possible, however there is no option to set up the minimum capacity, unfortunately
For above three points you will need to create two separate accommodation types (one for public access and one for members) and sync them between each other, so the availability functions properly
4) The plugin currently does not allow setting up a deadline for the payment, unfortunately
5) There is no functionality in the plugin to achieve credit payments. As an option you may approve such bookings manually and charge your guests for the stay later using Payment Request addon
6) This is possible if you create three different seasons for each month
Hello, a pre-purchase question – we want to put a site together using your plugin, but require deposits to be taken. I’ve tested on your demo site and deposits only seem to be taken if the customer has to pay in order to confirm the booking.
What we need to do is approve every booking via Admin, then send a request for deposit payment – however, this doesn’t appear to work when these settings are applied. Is this correct or is it a bug?
Hello there, the Payment Request does not allow you to charge the deposit, it either charges the remaining balance due once the deposit is paid or the full amount of the booking was confirmed manually by admin. This is how the addon functions by default

Hello there, the Hotel Booking plugin allows overnight bookings only, which means the minimum stay is 1 night. Unfortunately there is no option to allow hourly bookings within the plugin

This format is also supported by most online booking platforms like Booking.com. Airbnb, VRBO, etc. You may need to contact the platform that you are interested in to be sure that the ical sync is available in your account.

Hi there, unfortunately no, there is no multi-vendor functionality in the plugin, so the described scenario can not be achieved. As an option you may have an administrator, who will manage all the owners properties, their bookings/payments and charge necessary fees (manually via payment gateway)
