Hi there,

Is it possible to also customize the email message in CSS?

Like background + alignment + Size + Text Color .. etc

Yes you can change delivery message color and size etc using css for email

Hello, It seems that I’m facing a cache issue at checkout despite enabling the “Load delivery date using ajax on product page?” option. After purging cache and CSS, In private navigation mode, if add a product with a 2 day delivery, then the checkout estimated delievry date show D+, which is correct). Now if I close my browser, open a new private navigation window and add this time a product with a 10 days delivery date. At checkout the estimated delivery date remains D+2 instead of D+10. I purged again the cache and tried the opposite : adding the 10 days delivery product : estimated delivery date at checkout shows D+10 (which is ok). I closed the window and then add a 2 days delivery product. At checkout the delivery date is D+10 instead of D+2. How can I solve this ? I am using WPRocket as a cache plugin. Kind regards

Hello. Is it possible to not include a message about the delivery date in the customer’s email when the status is complete? If I have a delivery time of 14 days, but I still ship it after 2 days and mark the order as complete, then the customer receive an email with a delivery date of 14 days and is incorrect. Respectively, is necessary that the client receives a default woocomerce message when the status is completed. In other e-mails about the change of status, is necessary to include a message from the plugin.

When is there an update? That you can seperate Delivery time and Delivery time to carrier. Like I suggest by e-mail.

Example: Carrying only monday till friday to carrier, but the delivery can on monday till saturday by the carrier.

something is shown in the plugin that is not in the purchased one, can you kindly explain why?

Hi, because I can’t see the delivery times and the shopping cart

Good morning,

I purchased your plugin. After installing it and trying to configure it, I encountered a problem. I can’t find the fields to fill in the information on the product page. Is there a problem ? How can I be able to fill in the information on the product page?

I thank you in advance.

Hi

There are setting for enable delivery time field ate product level on plugin setting page, please enable it and check

Thanks

Hello, We have a presale question. Can we create a IF/ELSE rules based on advanced custom field? I mean – is it possible to make this rule:

If the product is from VENDOR 1 AND use ACF: time-slot1 => the shipping day will be In Wednesday , if you purchase the product up to 13:00 in Thuesday => The delivery day will be in Thursday.

We mean – the field “vendor1” will be constant, but the time slots (additional added advanced custom field is this) will be variables. We will make changes every day with mass csv import with purpose to change the TIME SLOT VARIABLE.

So can we create a simillar rule , based on this information? The vendor1 may be attribute, or shipping class, but the “time slot variable” – will be added additional advanced custom field.

Regards

Hi

Regarding time slot change is not possible at vendor level you need to do it manually from admin and it’s apply for all vendor

Regarding import, yes you can import delivery and carrier time for each product using CSV file. Plugin use default import/export function of woocommerce

Hello my friend, okay. Thank you for the information. Last question: do you planning to make the update , based on different vendors, not only for one vendor, because the plugin will be more functional and better? We will buy the plugin and will use the mass import/export, but it will be better, if make a additional functionality for different vendor settings.

Hi

We are working on add global setting at vendor setting page but it will take time to implement as it’s major task. But we will make this update complete before end of January 2024

There are 2 things, you got delivery time to carrier and delivery time. You can only manage them both at the same parameters. Is it possible in the next update to manage them separately? Like in the weekend you don’t deliver them to the carrier, but on monday. If I select day of sunday he said that I will deliver it to the carrier on tueseday instead of monday.

Good afternoon. I just purchased and downloaded your plugin WooCommerce Estimated Delivery Or Shipping Date Per Product. When I upload the ZIP file I get an error saying there is no value plugin to upload. Please advise.

Nevermind, I searched for other comments and was able to find the solution.

Hello,

I’ve just bought WooCommerce Estimated Delivery Or Shipping Date Per Product and it is almost perfect, thank you for this great plugin ! However, I have some questions and little issues :

1) At checkout, delivery time is not synchronizing with the selected shipping method by the client. For instance, if I select a carrier that requires an additional delivery time (with this information filled in the plugin settings), this additional time is not showing up on the delivery time : the delivery time remains the default one at checkout. (FYI I’m using WP Rocket and checked the “Load delivery date using ajax on product page”)

2) Some of my carriers and my company have different days off. We are not working on Saturdays but some of my carriers do. How can we do to have a correct estimated delivery date AND a correct deliver for carrier date ? If we deselect Saturday as a day off, then the plugin will sometimes show a deliver for carrier on Saturdays which is wrong. And if we select Saturday as a day off, then delivery time for a package collected by our carriers on Friday will show a longer delivery time that it is.

3) For some of our variable products that we have set up at a product level, deliver for carrier time is showing correctly on the pages, cart and checkout, but delivery time is wrong. It is like it does not take into account deliver for carrier time at the product level. Here is our setup : the plugin is activated for all products, delivery time is 2 ans delivery time to carrier is set to 0. At level product for each variation : delivery time is set to 4 days and delivery time to carrier is set to 9 days. So if order is processed on november 15th 2023 after cut off, product page should show : will be delivered to carrier on November 29th and Delivery scheduled for December 5th Instead, it is showing : will be delivered to carrier on November 29th and Delivery scheduled for November 22nd

4) How can I set different delivery text sizes for pages and for cart & checkout. I would like to have 18px on pages and 16px on cart& checkout.

5) How can I hide the delivery information on cross sell suggestions ?

Many thanks for your help !

Comment: Hi, can you send site url so we can check it and try to help you?

Comment: Hi, Currently plugin do not provide option for day off for each shipping method so you need to adjust delivery time for each shipping method according to it. We will check possibility of provide day off for each shipping method and if possible we will add this function in next update

Comment: carrier delivery time is fully different and it is not use in calculation with delivery time. carrier delivery time only use for display information of carrier pickup time.

4) How can I set different delivery text sizes for pages and for cart & checkout. I would like to have 18px on pages and 16px on cart& checkout.

comment: you can do it using css, if you don’t know. Please send us your site admin detail on rpmagerips@gmail.com so we can do it for you

Many thanks for your help !

1) our website is www.premiersmoments.com You can see the problem here : https://www.loom.com/share/fafb98f51b9b42e98637f3ae42d6d17a?sid=3a87a974-e65a-4fa9-b5a4-01b435f7cb26 Default delivery time is two days, In Shipping Delivery Time panel, Express delivery time is set to -1. But it is not adjusting at checkout. I tried with global delivery time set to 1 and standard delievry In Shipping Delivery Time panel set at 1 and the problem remain the same. there is no real time update.

2) Ok thanks. That would be really helpful.

3) Ok so if I understand well, we should fill in delivery time the required time for us to provide the package to the carrier + the required time for the carrier to deliver the product in order to provide a correct delivery date for the client?

4 and 5) just sent.

Thanks a lot !

On product page: Shipping 15/11 and Delivery is 16/11-17-11 on the checkout it is 16/11-19/11

Hello, I recently bought this plugin. It’s great, however…

My business: https://thepartycake.co.uk Collection cut-off times for next business day delivery is 3pm Mon>Friday & 11am on Saturdays. (Collections on Saturdays but No Saturday or Sunday deliveries)

It’s not quite doing what I expected it to.

For example:

Setting the Delivery time to 1.

At 1pm on Thursday it showed delivery for the following Monday (Not next day – Friday)

So, I changed the delivery time to 0.

At 1:30 pm this showed my delivery time correctly as Friday (Next Day)

However: After 3pm on Thursday (4pm ish) It was still showing the delivery time as Next Day (My cut-off time for next day is 3pm).

So i’ve now changed the delivery time back to 1.

Does it recognise my business as being UK? (GMT 00)

Have I set it wrongly? At the moment I will have to manually alternate between 1 and zero every weekend for it to display the correct times.

On a second note…

I’d like it to display the cutoff time countdown similar to your demo:

Order within 6 Hours 16 Minitues for Delivery by: Tue 14 Nov 23

Nothing i’ve tried gives this result.

Help appreciated.

Dave

Update: At midnight on Sunday the Delivery time changed to Wednesday. It shouldn’t change to Wednesday until after 3pm on Monday. So i’ve chaged the delivery time back to 0. Will I have to do this every day? (I must be missing something)

2nd Update: I believe I found the problem. I hadn’t entered the 0 for minutes in the Delivery end time section. I believe it’s now working perfectly (Guess i’ll find out at 3pm today) – Thank you – No support needed.

After updating to new woocommerce and elementor. we got an error in your plugin:

Een fout van het type E_ERROR werd veroorzaakt op regelnummer 1326 van het bestand /www/lichy_304/public/wp-content/plugins/rp-product-deliverydate/lib/Rpesp_Front.php. Thanks

after the latest updates all works fine. Thank you for your reply

After the update the old language grammar bug is back 5 Hours 44 Minitues -> 5 Hours 44 Minutes or intor the language (Dutch)

Can you please send your site admin detail on rpmagerips@gmail.com so we can check it?

If possible

Thanks

Any updates?

Hello, I purchased your plugin, I installed it and it really is spectacular when I finish configuring it. However, I run into a problem and that is that I don’t see a way to update the delivery date based on the destination. For example, a local shipment is not the same as an international shipment. You must have different delivery information. The funny thing is that I have spent 2 years with another cheaper and inferior plugin of theirs and this theme solves it perfectly. I remain open to your comments. Thank you so much.

Hi this plugin only for shipping method delivery time not display for each product

Yes I know. That’s why I decided on this fantastic new plugin. But the previous one resolved the delivery information very well in all shipping classes. If this function is going to be incorporated into this new plugin soon, it will be great. Thank you so much.
