Welcome I wish you a happy day I have several questions before purchasing: 1- Is following the instructions via Houzi Docs enough to publish the application in play store without a specialist? 2- Is there a specialized Add Property page for visitors or customer ? 3- Is there a Notifications option? 4- Is there a property control panel (delete, add, modify, etc.)? 5- Is there an option or page that displays maps andproperty on them? 6- Is it possible to cancel some fields, such as the ZIP fields and the option to require email, when logging into the account using a mobile phone?

1. If you’re somewhat familiar with programming and app development, then you can follow docs to publish apps easily.
2. There are two types of add property, quick add property, and detailed add property. You can hide/show fields in each form. Also manage fields based on user roles (agency, agent, seller, manager)
3. Notifications are not available currently.
4. Yes, admin has option to approve, reject, delete, modify, hold, mark featured properties.
5. Yes, if you checkout our demo, each search take you to a result page, where you can switch between list and map.
6. Yes, you can make email field mandatory in signup form.

Hello, does this app work with other themes? If not is the Houzi admin pannel editable and source code provided. I don’t want to use this app for real estate and was thinking to rebrand it to other purpose, on which all existing option of this app work.
Hi, this app heavily depends on Houzez real estate wordpress theme. Although it seems possibly connecting it to other api sources, however not recommended. This is a full app, not a template.
Is the admin panel source provided and will I be able to edit it to my needs?

Hi, where can I see fully multi-language supported demo? As I cheked your demo Flutter app, it seems the contents of listings on the app are all written in English.
Hi, this depends on the translation plugin used on the website. It will show translated if you’re using a translation plugin like wpml on the website. Apps cannot translate dynamic content. It will depend on the author of the post or plugin like wpml do auto-translation of content on the website. And they’ll appear translated on the app as well.
The app text, buttons, messages, dialog and prompts are translated. But the content is user generated which needs to translated manually or via some plugin.
You can checkout the app translation by going into Left Menu > Settings > Language.
Thank you. As I checked iOS and Android app demo, I found that only iOS has “Quick Add Poperty” and “CRM Dashboard” in the drawer menu. Are those functions also available on Android app?
Hi, yes both apps have these options. I think you’ve two different user on both devices. By default, when you signup via social login, you are assigned buyer role. That’s why it doesn’t have these options to add property or crm options.
Hi, does your app really support some Asian countries’ languages? When I asked you about it thru Email, you said “yes”, however, I canot add those languages to my app even though I followed your document.

1. You have your YOUR-LANGUAGE-CODE_localization.json (e.g en_localization.json) in assets/localization folder.
2. You added this new file to project pubspec.yaml, so that it is bundled in the binary.
3. You added your language name and its code to hooks via hooks_v2.dart
- Do you see any errors in the logs when you switch languages. (We also asked this in the email)

Hi, paying rent or buying isn’t available. Also, in most countries, renting or buying requires some paper work and also government authorities are also involved, so it is a challenge to implement such system.
Yes i agree, i thought to use this app for my room renting business….so users can book a room for a period and pay for that….at least checkout for those days and payment can be done later too also….

Short rental is possible via an app. You can implement in this app. However need professional team with solid wordpress backend and flutter knowledge to implement that for you.

Well, as you might already know, for an app like this to function, you really need the backend running on a server. So instead of creating a new backend, we just simply extended an already established real estate system. If you don’t want to use Houzez as a website, you can just simply use its backend and admin panel. And hide the website behind a simple landing page asking to download the app.

i have french as default language. also italian and english italian and english use /it/ and /en/ i added italian well translated, but app don’t display default language it display english and italian
any trick to solve this specially website is old making a directory as /fr/ from wpml will générate many 404, specially also website is referenced in many directories

I have a question about our property submission system. When we create a property on the website, an email notification is sent to the website administrator for approval. However, this doesn’t seem to happen for properties created through the app. Is there any solution to ensure that the website administrator also receives email notifications for property submissions made via the app? This feature is crucial for our process.
Also I would like to point that the multicurrency feature is important too.

hi after following the recommendation to uninstall the plugin cache on the site I always notice when I publish on the application the images do not load and are not displayed on the app, but I publish them on playstore

It would be nice to have a native app review feature. Like this package https://pub.dev/packages/in_app_review after viewing 2-3 properties or posting the first property
You can use Property Details Hook to count the opening of property profile. Then you can open review sequence yourself open third opening of property details.
I was looking more like a feature request, to be able to allow users of the app to automatically gets prompt to review the app inside the app. This way all the app developers get feed back and promote their app
