I have replied to your email. Most likely a missing php extension, or server misconfiguration. Have a look at your php error log. Blank page is impossible to tell what the problem is without getting access to your server.

Good morning, I found out why the file menu is not sending the file. When selecting the file on the file button, it is not sent. It selects the file and does not send it via Post, if you place the mouse over the upload button, you will receive the echo of the selected file.
Reply sent. There was also a bug in view/admin/file.tpl.php. You can download the package and just replace that file

Sorry, there is no bulk product generation. You can upload multiple files, but you would still need to assign one or more files per product.

Hi, I deleted the logo in the System Settings and now i cannot upload new one. Every time i insert a new logo and press “Update Configuration” i get the message “System Configuration updated successfully!” but the logo is not showing. How can i fix this? Thank You.
Yes, there is a bug, which will be fixed shortly. Go to phpmyadmin and update logo field in settings table to match your logo in uploads folder. This is temporary solution until patch is provided.

well home is the same as clicking on the logo, but you can manually add to your header.tpl.php file located in view/front/themes/modern/

I have some pre-purchase questions. Does the product image/thumbnail auto resize/rescale to make the product page look nice? For example does it down or upscale the image to match other product thumbnail sizes? Or does it crop instead?
Can you allow more text for product titles instead of 1 line? For example 3 lines without breaking page layout.
Are you able to add custom payment processors? Or do you accept custom modifications? If so what is your rate?
You can set thumbnail size, and system will resize images based on that. Image will be automatically resized to fit the product box on smaller screens. Yes titles could be on multiple lines instead of one. As for customization work and rates, please email me from my profile page.

8.2+ for the latest version, the older one still works with php 7.4 – 8.0
The older script then will have to do. I have others that tun on no higher than 8.1 and my host wont allow separate domains run on different php versions…

On the contact us page, I am testing that out. I will fill in all the fields including the captcha. When I click on send, the page does nothing.
You will need to configure your mailer from the admin configuration page. Make sure SMTP credentials are correct.
That’s is correct as we had discussed before. If this was not correct, I wouldn’t receive other notices. What is the latest version of PHP? I saw 8.1?
You can use 8.1. Also enable debug console in /lib/config.ini.php and set DEBUG to true. Try sending contact form, refresh page, and look for any errors or warnings.

I had searched for the chmod , in the LIB folder. It is not there…
Now you MUST completely remove ‘setup’ directory from your server. Please for security reasons chmod your /lib/ directory to 0755.
I get it. The folder is supposed to be 755
99% of the time, you don’t need to do anything. Some servers will require CHMOD.
After reviewing the demo again: The VIP memberships, can the admin set access to ALL downloads based on VIP settings? Can the admin also charge per download?
There is no charge per download, but you can assign membership access to any of your products, and only users with valid membership will be able to download
Does this script offer audio downloads?
Anything in digital format. Including audio
