We have suggested by our host provider to update our PHP settings from 7.4.33 to 8.2.17 (latest) which we have done but our website completely falls over and I have isolated it to this plugin causing the issue.
Initially I thought it was because we were running v2.3 and we had run out of support, so I extended support, downloaded and installed v4.0.3 but unfortunately get the same issues.

I’ve checked the things about the PHP 8 error about ‘create function’. I’ve confirmed that it’s not been there so there might be some other issue. I’ve confirmed that the ‘create_function’ has already been replaced in ARPrice version 3.8.1 so that shouldn’t be there.

Hi, sample # 83 on your site shows being responsive but the preivew in the plugin once downloaded or on site is not responsive. What could be causing that? It happens with any of the tables similiar to # 83. Normal table with 3 or 4 columns are fine. Thanks

Hi, been living with a problem for some time but was redesigning our site and thought i’d ask. We are using the Flatsome theme and it has it’s UX Builder. When you are editing a page that has a ARPrice table embedded into it, the table in the editor isn’t displayed as it should be. Instead, it is displayed one column on top another. So instead of 4 columns side by side, you have 4 columns underneath each other. So you have to scroll and scroll to edit the rest of the page. Not sure if anything can be done but it does get very annoying. Thanks

Hi there, Envato sent an email today about an update for ARPrice and the product page shows the last update was today (Dec 4 2023).
But the Change Log shows the last update is Version 4.0.2 (12 Sep, 2022) and the WordPress update and plugin pages do not show an update.
Is there an update? If so, how do we see the changes?

Of course it is possible…, since all the tables have been deleted. Also, I told you that your ticketing system doesn’t work, there is a bug when it comes to selecting the licence number.
IF you are looking for help then you need to have faith as if you know everything then why you want help??
If you want to check you can check code of update and you will see that there is no code written there which could remove any tables from database.

I’m tying to add a “Strike Through” on my columns for the pricing and I add the Stike Tag.. and it shows that’s there, but when I go to my site after I save it.. it’s not there.. it doesn’t show that it’s updated. And, when I go back to your plugin to check to see if the Strike Through tags <s>$219</s> is there.. it’s gone and not saving.

UPDATE: I was able to get it resolves.. I needed to actually add the word “Strike” and not just the letter “S” so.. it needed to be: <strike>$219</strike> that fixed my issue!

Hi there, three things:
1) I’m trying to add photos to the shortcode sections of columns but the photos are oddly cropped rather than being shrunk and centered in the column. There is also a large empty gap under that section. How do I fix this?
2) I’ve added a ribbon to one column and specified a yellow background for it. In the ARPrice preview it appears yellow but on the actual page it’s white—not yellow. What’s happening with that?
3) How can I change the color of the column shadows?
I can’t open a support ticket because I already have two tickets open for a different product (ARForms) and you system won’t let me open another ticket.
