The slider supports transparent png images in the 3d mode. This has been written in the item description and also in the documentation. However if you use transparent png images in the 2d mode then you will able to see the other slide images behind the topmost slide image.
SHARING…something we’ve experienced on several sites related to Google and their scripts. We had the +1 on our primary site and loading times increased 3 plus fold. Thought it was this script, but testing showed Google. removing the +1 reduced loading time from 10.9 to 3.2 seconds.
On WP sites that use Google libraries, the sites refuse to load at times. Google maps slowed several sites loading and crashed one.
consider that using Google scripts could be the cause of your problems.
I am not experiencing any problems with Google. It is always recommended to load jquery from Google, because that allows faster loading of the file from their CDN’s and also increases the possibility that the jquery file is already cached on the user’s computer who visits your site.
Hello, per your request I’m commenting here as opposed to using email. My problem is that when using your plugin in the theme i’m using, when using the use thumbnails as control links option the thumbnails are full size images instead of the default size or even any size I specify in the settings. After reading through many pages of these comments I think it’s an issue with the theme in regards to jquery conflict somewhere perhaps. Can you help me shed light on how I can determine this and possibly find a solution so that I can utilize the thumbnails properly? your script is very cool, but i try to integrate it into the revolver sldier and have two problems
1. it dosent load everytime or better, it dosent start everytime and the second ist, that he breaks on a specified image, and no navigation or slindig is possible? How can i fix this?

I’m trying the demo before purchasing the slider.
Safari for Lion is buggy with HTML5 Canvas making it crash. Unfortunately there is no fix for it, and we can only hope that the Safari Dev Team fixes this soon. You can try to reduce the number of 3d slices in order to increase performance and also apply the latest updates to Safari that are released.
As you are aware I purchased your product. It had the same problem as the other one, but I figured it out without bugging you. Now both work. I have one more thing I want to accomplish with it. I want to remove the numeric navigation and recover that real estate.

You can remove the control links by setting that option to false in the settings.

i purchased another code, script, etc here called “scroller” that i started deploying on a site. it worked great until it was placed on a pg that had a ‘lightbox’ script then it literally hung up and the author/seller has not responded to enquires for assistance (days), now i am cautious and want to verify as much as possible no problems…don’t want to keep buying code/scripts that have problems with and no support

The slider has no problems with properly coded Lightbox scripts. Also you have to ensure that you are using jquery 1.7+

does it use ANY lightbox code? is the size of the display adjustable or fixed? how many images with embedded links and text (name & price) can it handle? do you provide any image backgrounds like those in your demo for us to use? are the instructions fully explained?

I don’t understand how you intend to use the slider with a Lightbox. The slider is fully responsive and also fluid width, i.e it will adjust its width based on browser width and also on the parent container width. Technically there is no limit to the number of slides, but of course using too many may cause performance issues. The image background that you see is only used for the demo and you can find it in the package that you will download. All Codecanyon items have detailed documentation, further the download package contains all the demos that you see online.
Hi, thanks for answer. It’s not problem with iframe. The same issue is without iframe http://2.s3.envato.com/files/29142239/demo2.html and on my localhost. I have tested it now again and found out, that the problem appaers, when minimize browser on the first or second slide (independent which loop) and then wait for some 30 seconds – until end of loop and start new one. Then when maximize browser I get message: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘0’ of undefined aW f.fx.update jquery.min.js:4 f.fx.step jquery.min.js:4 h jquery.min.js:4 f.extend.tick jquery.min.js:4
and errors are raising about 100 per second. I use chrome on win 7 (tried on XP too with the same). Thank you for your patience:-) Petr
The error is only happening in Chrome for Windows, not in Mac and not in other browsers. I am not sure I can do anything about this because it seems a platfrom specific bug that happens when the browser is minimized or the tab is out of focus. I will look into this some more and If I come up with anything then I will let you know.

I tried the second demo in Chrome in the manner that you described and I got no such errors. Were you talking about the demo that is posted online? In that case the Codecanyon iframe may cause some errors, but in my testing I did not see any.

I put more 100px in div #slide and tried other values??, but it did not work #slider { width: 942px; height: 330px; }

The slide images look alright in your page. Did you mean to point out the slight blurriness of the letters in your image? If so then that can sometimes happen with the Canvas based 3d animations. If that is your problem then contact me through my profile page message box and I will try to see if that can be remedied.

1) Do you want to surround the slideshow wrapper with a frame? If so then it certainly can be done with css. Have a look at the 2d mode of Demo 5 provided with the package that does this.
2) Yes you can certainly place the controlLinks anywhere by editing the css.
Hello everybody! I purchased this great product but I’m getting some issues by just watching it with safari and firefox.

Do you mean to say that you want the slider to autoplay until the last slide is reached? If so then you can use the slider api function called stop() to stop the autoplay when the last slide is reached, which you can detect using the afterSlideChange api function.

We have many images (33) and it takes too long to load them all before the slide show starts.

The slider has to wait for all the images to be loaded because the dimensions of the images are needed for internal calculations. You can try to reduce the file size of the images by compressing them. I will also see if any improvement can be done in this regard.
