What is the difference between “easy-video-player” and “ultimate-video-player”?

They have the same feateures with a single important difference, UVP works with playlists, EVP works with single videos.

I ended up buying the wrong one, first I bought the “ultimate-video-player” I realized that it has playlists I just need the normal player then I bought the correct version the “easy-video-player”. Is it possible to refund the “ultimate-video-player”?

I am interested in purchasing, but can it do this if I get a developer to edit it:
1. I add pre-recoded mp4 or YouTube video that plays at a specific time (e.g. 6 pm)
2. When a user visits the page to watch at or after a specific time (6.05 pm), it’s playing live?
3. So if they visit at 6.15 pm, they have missed 15 minutes of video already since it was playing live.

Quick question: Is there a configuration for a vertical 9:16 aspect ratio player? Instead of having a 16:9 player and the video rectangular in the center with big black bars in right and left, the player could be 9:16 for phone videos or vertical ones. Just wondering if its possible to configure.

You can change the video player size and format in the player option but to have two difference sizes/aspect ratio one for mobile one for desktop is not possible.

This http://103.168.40.4:8089 URL does not play with easy video player but it's play with VLC Player and Android app player. So it's supported with easy video player?I will look into it.
About the link what is it HLS?
The player needs to know the source format to play it correctly because EVP can play a lot of video and audio formats, if it is HLS add at the end this parameter http://103.168.40.4:8089?type=.m3u8, also the protocol is HTTP, you can’t play anymore HTTP if you are using HTTPS, the browser does not allow it.
VLC player dose not work in the browser context so it is not a tool to test this thing.

I m using a very old version(2017 Dec version) which is working . I m trying to upgrade to newest version. I just copied all the js to the existing folder. I got the FWDEVPUtils is not defined at new FWDEVPlayer. I m using angular framework to use it by lazy load($ocLazyLoad.load([ { files: [ ‘js/evp_java/FWDEVPlayer.js’ ] }, )

Youtube API dose not allow to change the video quality, the quality will be set based on the cient player size and internet quality just like using the Youtube app on mobile, this is not a bug it is a restriction from Youtube.
