Sorry, what do you mean by speed? Pingdome is website monitoring service, it has nothing to do with it. As for the script speed, it’s very fast, and uses very little resources. Assuming you have somewhat good hosting provider.

It should, and you should have an option to switch between Maria or sql, as long as you are up using some kind of vps.

Translate English language file, and place it in /lang/ folder. Make sure you name it using two letter country abbreviation. Like fr.lang.xml for French, and it will show up in language drop-down list.

Also I am having some problems with the FILES it says the file could not be uploaded. I have a folder called repository in the directory below public, chmod to 755. I am not sure what to put into the INSTALL DIRECTORY field and the FILE DIRECTORY field, or what format to put it in. That might be why files are not uploading, please can you tell me about those 2 fields and what to put? Many thanks

Contact form should work as well if your registration page is working. Are you getting success message after submission. As for the tags, they are currently not being used. Upcoming update will have that feature.
Hi gewa, when a user has paid with an offline method e.g. bank transfer, how do you then go into the transactions and approve that purchase? I can’t see it anywhere in the admin area. Sorry for all the questions, but I will write you a very good review when the site is up and running, I am quite happy with the script it’s probably the most elegant script I’ve purchased on here.
Once payment is received, you can just add a new transaction record from transaction page.
Hi Gewa – I have a 2 language site. I have the MENU system generating the site menu, but I only have 1 menu. This does not seem to change when I change languages, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to assign a menu or menu item to any specific menu or language, only the 1 available. How would you go about setting up e.g. an English Blog, About, Contact etc, and another one in Portuguese? Your help is appreciated many thanks.
You can’t have menus, categories blog etc multilingual, only language phrases are translatable. If you want fully multilingual capabilities, look into my other script cms pro, blog and digishop module.

Hello in the installation phase with PHP 8.1 from problems it seems that the installation program has not been updated, I must first put the 7.4 and then after I can put PHP 8.1 advisable to update the script also with new function and too much time, add sliders and products With Countdown prices, companies, etc., etc. and other functions as in the professional scripts, we hope in an update that brings this script to a higher level thanks.
Currently working on a new update. php 7.4 will do just fine, you don’t have to update your php to 8.1
where can I find Update 22. Oct. 2022. (v.5.01). I just download again and in installation instruccions says ddp 4.0. Another q, which is the fix if I use php 8? I am using that
Latest updates are always included within the full install. If you performed full install, there is no need to do anything else. PHP 8 compatibility, is already applied.
Hi, Iam using php 8 and my app doesnt work, the charge is made but dont register the purchase in database, then I upgraded 8.x version php and it results in Login and/or password did not match to the database Error.I was using ddp 4.0 and just update version 5, thinking that solve my problem. But I got the same error, I cant even login. Please help me.

Pre-Sales Question: in the demo of the back-end, in function Edit > Product, I see fields Content and Protected Content. Field Content is shown as the product’s description in the front-end. Under what conditions is field Protected Content shown in the front-end?
Protected contend is membership based, and will be visible only to user with valid membership access.
Anytime I add new products to my site, I send out a newsletter informing my members of the new additions. They genuinely appreciate it as they have told me as much. And everything towards that end has worked well until the past three newsletters, which encompasses the past three days. Nobody, including me (and I have two e-mail accounts associated with the site – gmail and outlook – just to make certain) have received the past three newsletters.

If newsletter worked before, and all of a sudden stopped, something must have changed on your server. First thing you should check is your php error logs.

Since I publicly posted some issues with my clients being able to obtain their downloads, after paying for them, I thought I would update any potential buyers of this script, to be fair.
My issues manifested themselves after I had been using the script for over a year. While I’m still not certain as to what the core problem was, it really doesn’t matter. And the reason it doesn’t matter is that the script’s developer addressed my issues promptly and most importantly, to me, accurately.
Since the issues were corrected, I have made many sales, with all downloads being accessed, as per the scripts design, successfully and without further issue.
To anybody who knows the Envato setup, communication is key. A script developer can’t fix that which they don’t know is broken. I just wanted to thank this particular developer for addressing it promptly and keeping my business going.

Unfortunately, there is no guest checkout. User will need to be logged in at one time in order to complete purchase, and download items from the dashboard

That should not matter if is https, or http. Most likely your server is configured to treat it as two different domains. I can have a look. Please email me from my profile page, but most likely you will need to get in touch with your hosting provider.
sir: i only configured one domain, even www has not added still. i checked more from serch engine, this issue should some config. i used cloudflare. when i turn off https, then i can login well, but if url protocal is https, then will cannot login admin at all. thanks

The problem is definitely with your server https. DDP just follow default protocol. There is no configuration, to make any changes in regards to http/https. As for download limiter for membership packages, please email me from my profile page with your request.

Another customer is reporting that the script is not taking him to his purchased items after the sale.
I checked and his PayPal payment went through just fine. It’s not showing any sales to him in my admin control panel and I had to send his product via e-mail.
Just so that you are aware, I did check gateways/paypal/shop/ for an error message but there is none.
Suggestions please, to correct this?

Hi, i have some questions.
1) How i can generate the Sitemap, mine is empty. 2) Is it possible in a easy way to add the cd keys into the payment confirmation e-mail? 3) I really dont understand the logic of the “specials”, i can assign products for that? And the products iin the specials are not showing in the list in the category, only in the two blocks. 4) How are the products assigned in the Homepage. Looks like by order of creation. 5) On localhost, the ajax is loading all the time until i refresh the page. Changes are done but kinda seems like something is very wrong, it is as well in the frontend.
1. You can generate sitemap from the utility page.
2. CD keys are displayed in user dashboard, adding them to confirmation email, is possible but requires bit of coding.
3. Latest added items are split into 2 groups, featured and special, and they are added in the order of date created.
4. Yes but the date created.
5. Take a look at your browser console, there must be a reason for that. You can enable debug feature in /lib/config.ini.php and set DEBUG to true

Vip-access is just a fancy word for membership access. You can not add membership to cart, you will need to buy it from your user dashboard.
