That is the main package you wanted to install which is not plugin. Please uzip that package and there you will get a documentation, lincence file and original plugin file. Upload that plugin file.

We’re sorry about this issue. Some, the browsers like iPhone Safari don’t work with HTML5 video as they work on other devices and browsers. That’s why this blank issue happened. We have just added a poster screenshot to populate there automatically so it will not show blank on which browsers or devices do not support it. So you may download the latest update and use that one to avoid that issue. it will work slightly differently than other browsers but currently, this is the best solution for avoiding this issue. We are searching for a more user-friendly solution and we will update you as soon as we find the best solution for this. I hope you understand.

You have to click on save button to update anything.
Can you add some of conditional rendering to create path ? for example a video with a question in the end if you choose A ….video with message…ok great —>lesson 2 choose B …sorry its not right and-> would you like to repeat the lesson?

The plugin is nice, but it doesn’t work correctly in the wordpress houzez template I’m using. When I click on the link buttons, the links do not open. Any cache optimization (css, js merge etc) is not turned on. Where could the problem originate from?
Please configure in setting that you want to use external link so they will open as link otherwise it will search for video even if you don’t upload video for buttons click.
If i solve this problem i’ll use your plugin in this website. think as pre-sale questions.

Please at first remove link from : “First button link” then you will able to see “Second video on first button click (mp4)” field. Please remove video from that field than re-add “First button link”
You have to keep empty “Second video on first button click (mp4)” field if you want to use button as link.
I hope you understand and fix the issue. We will create more user friendly interface for avoiding this confusion in next update.

hi, Plugin looks good in demo page but it didn’t work properly with houzez template.
What the error you’re facing. You have to configure options correctly to work it in frontend.

No. The bubble only support self hosted mp4 videos.

Sorry. We don’t have plan like that. Their purpose of use and our purpose of use is different. They using it to communicate with customers. Our plugin is to give welcoming message, product introduction, with some call to actions. We are planning to add some more exciting features based on these in future updates.
