Thanks. We’re really happy to know you love it. It’s not a huge change in newer version. We just added color group for changing button colors, BG, with hover and normal state in a serialised way. In previous version it wasn’t serialised. Also this has been added for per page option including blog posts and WooCommerce posts.

Can you design the interface similar to the one seen here? https://firework.com not the features but the UI/design on desktop and mobile. I saw it implemented on https://www.wyze.com and it looks really slick.

It would be great if it allows you to put several videos with several options and when you choose an option play a video with other options so you can have a more interactive video chat

This plugin is special and promising. I’m planning to buy it or the script version.
A better way is making Video bubble a custom post. So that users can create as many Video bubbles as they want. Then use shortcode to add a specific Video bubble to a specific page. Of course, an option to display a default Video bubble globally is still necessary. Also, different CTA for each Video bubble 
How is the performance? Will this plugin preload the video and slow down the page and consume the traffic? Can we customize the small video thumbnail? for example, with an animation GIF without a background.
Thanks for your suggestion for adding shortcode way for adding different bubbles for different pages. We will add this feature in our upcoming release.
Currently we don’t have option to customize thumbnail so it will load default video in thumbnail. We will also add this feature so you will able to add gif/any video in upcoming release.

The second thing we currently used the link to open in new window but as you suggest we will add an option so you can choose how you want the target of links.

Hi! I will try to be as clear as possible.
I have downloaded the plugin, however there is no way for it to work on the website where I am installing it.
It gives me an error, because it asks for an update, and it says: Sorry, you do not have permissions to access this page.
Likewise, before updating it, I can enter setting and it does not give me the options that it should.
It gives me space to upload video, but not to change button text.
Could you tell me what happens?
I have bought it because I have seen it on another website and at the suggestion of a friend, but it is not really working properly.

He bajado el plugin, sin embargo no hay manera de que funcione en la web donde estoy instalándolo.
Me da error, porque pide actualización, y dice: Lo siento, no tienes permisos para acceder a esta página.
Igualmente antes de actualizarlo, sí puedo entrar en setting y no me da las opciones que debería.
Me da espacio para subir vídeo, pero no para cambiar texto del botón..
¿Podrías decirme qué sucede?
Lo he comprado porque lo he visto en otra web y por sugerencia de un amigo, pero realmente no está funcionando correctamente.
