I purchased this 5 months ago and I still can’t get this to work. This system keeps getting blocked by instagram and FB and I am in the US. You tried to help but this never worked for me.

We have the latest version of FS Poster installed on our website (Versión 6.2.7 ); however, we are encountering the message “The post is failed. Requested version 20220901 is not active.” Please note that we do not have support, but the message seems to imply that we need another version, which does not clarify the problem. The only social share we have is linkedIn, so the problem would be there somewhere. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately IG Cookie method and IG user/pass methods are no more stable.
Please check it on your side. I have tried many times with different proxies, but the moment I log in from my own mobile phone to see if the post is shared correctly, the accounts gets disconnected from FS Poster. Normally this should not happen and it was not happening before :/ I am afraid this issue started to happen after Threads integration… Please test it and you will see. I have also opened a ticket from your support desk.

IG Cookie method and IG user/pass methods depend on the account’s security implementation and the country you are located.

You can also use the App method which is official and more stable.

I read your plugin features, but not sure about it yet. I’m looking for a plugin/tool that can manage all social media postings. That means i don’t want to publish wordpress content to my social media, i have many short videos and posts, that want to schedule and post on different social networks , can your plugin do that too? Something like Hootsuite

From what I see, FS Poster has many options in the custom messages section such as excerpt etc. I’m wondering if there’s a way to use these to connect a video to a product when sharing from the media menu? Or perhaps insert a video by ID number when scheduling posts? Or would I have to write a manual message for each video?
If this is not possible, can the plugin at least share the first two or three images of each product during a bulk schedule or is it only the featured image?
FS Poster can share the featured image or all images from the product, post, etc.
Videos can only be shared from the media menu and custom messages need to be inserted manually for each video.

Hello, I have “enabled” the Threads settings option as: “Limit the custom message characters count” BUT Still I get “Provided Text too long” Error and the post is not shared :/ Any chance you can fix that on the next update? Please let me know about it. Thanks.

I can’t switch domain name using your instruction. On the old domain name, i go to the settings, i deactivate the licence and disable the plugin. Then i go to the new domain name, i install the plugin, add the licence key but the plugin refuse and say that it is already link to the old domain name.

Hi again, problem fixed after I have enabled OpenID permission from Linkedin Developer page. Now I can add accounts but ONLY if I do NOT use any proxies :/ If ever I use any proxy, I get following error: Received HTTP code 407 from proxy after CONNECT or this one : Failed connect to 217.131.xx.x:15xx6; Connection refused

Also for Instagram, the same proxies I was using succesfully before, are not working anymore. :/ I would like to use them again to protect my accounts getting banned.

That was my mistake. I have forgotten to pay to extend my proxy Now everything works great as usual.
