Regarding license needed, you need a single license for every single instance of a module (or an extended one).

Yes, an extended license is supposed to be working fine in multiple copies, sold at your end customers.

You are not allowed to use Perfex as a SaaS Application with a single license, but you are allowed to do so, using an extended license (one is enough – not one for every tenant).

That depends, according to your setup, as different actions might be needed.

Please contact our support team through a support ticket and share all needed details, so your case can be reviewed for potential third party actions (OS installation, control panel ones etc).

While I appreciate your module and it seems to be an amazing script, I have no choice but to ask you guys for a guide. I’ve already shared screenshots and I have shared all I can to make it easier for your support team to assist me. But one short reply and to wait for the next for a long time is not really helping. I’m really eager to run it. I still am.

Yes, you can inherit the modules at your tenants, and they can activate them using the respective license.

Thats something doable, however, the only one who can answer at this question is you, as you are the one who knows your integration skills.

Our module uses separated databases for every tenant, to avoid such problems.

If your technical environment supports that, yes. Ie vertical scaling etc.

Our module works on app level, and not on server layer and needs your MySQL root credentials to create new databases.

We are not able to advise on technical level – please raise a support ticket asking support team if they could provide an advise on it.

This is a module that enables SaaS features for Perfex CRM, not a CRM itself – a regular license of our module will work just fine.

You need to purchase an extended license of Perfex CRM if you want to charge end-users for using it as a SaaS service.

How’s our team connected with your server configuration issues?

We have a pretty clear documentation about the actions needed to be done on server layer – if your hosting provider is not able to help, you either have an unmanaged solution that is not including such services and you are not willing to have them paid to do the proper configuration because you are not familiar with such configurations, or your hosting provider is not willing to help.

In the end of the day, your copy shall work in the exact same way our demo does, as you received an exact copy of its files.

All modules will be available through your Plan Management section and can be offered at your SaaS customers. CodeCanyon’s license policy requires one regular license for each domain / single use of the item.

It’s not about invoicing system, you can still use it, all I want, so the user do not have to pay manually every month, the system should withdraw money automatically, it’s made via Subscription. It’s already in Perfex. Please add it otherwise a lot of people won’t be able to use your module.

Can you please use Subscription Controller? You jsut said it’s part of Perfex. Can you do it? I just flabbergasted by realize it’s not yet implemented. Imagine someone to pay invoice of 9$/m manually every time, why so much struggle?

We cannot use Subscription controller – this is a business decision already made and will not change according to one person’s needs, as it affects many purchasers.

Our module uses the Invoices controller of Perfex CRM – where you can create single Invoices and Recurring invoices (annual, monthly etc).
